Valentine's Day at White Castle has become a fun annual tradition for our family. It's a nice way to celebrate the holiday with loved ones who require a more kid-friendly menu or simply want a nice night out without destroying your budget. The White Castle on Cicero has a nice atmosphere and plenty of parking. Note: We went to the wrong White Castle and they were nice enough to honor our reservation!

This was my first & last time. Tere was no experience basically you seat yourself at a table & order, no discount, no balloons, no flower, no nothing just a regular day experience. I stick trying to figure out what I booked a table for smh

The workers are unfriendly, and take too long to place an order. Totally rude. They should improve the delicious food but the rudeness makes the experience unpleasant

Normally, the drive thru service is fast. Even on busy nights. Tonight, I waited longer than usual to have my order taken and then a little longer to get my food. Unacceptable service tonight.

They make you wait in the drive thru line 5 to 6 minutes before taking your order. Then you pull behind one person who is waiting on there order, so you in turn waiting another 5/8 minutes before you can pay for your order. , So you pay then wait another 5 to 8 minutes. A total wait time of 20plus minutes for what use to be known as fast food with no receipt for your order.

There is absolutely nothing on this menu that takes over 15-20 minutes to prepare. Can we agree upon that? Well it takes them about that much time to adress you at the speaker in the drive thru. Not 15-20 minutes to prepare your order but 15-20 to actually take your order. Another 10 minutes to pay and another 15 to receive your order through the window. If I’m lying I’m flying

Worst customer service ever!!!! had me waiting for close to an hour even tho i had scheduled my pickup. Employees are rude and lazy. Food is disgustingly made. I want a refund.
Super chill location with friendly staff and quick service. Got the chicken and waffle and fish sliders and both were delicious.

I went to this White Castle on Thursday night. I stood there for 20 minutes. The manager kept looking at me. Didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted anything or to let me know that they were too busy to take care of me. As African Americans ppl we need to do better
