Waited over 25 min in the drive through last night with one car in front of me . No one said anything on the speaker until I said something after 10 min they finally said hold on . Never got any food . Ended up leaving after sitting there for so long

I came in and no one came to the register, there was 4-5 employees and I was standing there . It was disrespectful. The attitude wasn’t very nice also .

It was the restroom for me. It was not clean or sanitary. The toilet was especially dirty. The seat had feces stains on it and urine around on the floor.
Terrible customer service. Went inside to order and stood there for more than 10 minutes. Multiple staff present did not get a greeting or be right with you or get my order taken. After waiting so long I just left.

If I could give a zero i would. I'm my experience late night is the worst! Waited 20 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers only for one guy to say they're waiting on fresh burgers. While waiting they are playing in the dining area. When I finally got my food it was cold!! Never again. I understand why this location have such poor reviews. People need to take their jobs seriously

We do not have White Castle in Atlanta, GA. Soon after I arrived in Chicago, at Midway Airport, I arranged a ride there. It was very close. I met many interesting people. One customer made a White Castle Box Decoration. I took a picture of it. Food was delicious. Customer Service was Phenomenal!!
