If I didn't have to give a rating to make this complaint I'd most certainly give a zero ..I placed an online order after being on hold on tthe store line for 10 min plus I place an order for bone in 10 pc it said 18 min arrived in 25 mins only to be told by young unprofessional lady at register that there like backed up ok so can my husband like wait another 15 to 20 min .. after him waiting another 15 min said young lady (I keep saying youndng lady because nobody cares a name tag or will give her name)states oh sorry my bad you order had been ready I didn't see the name right .. we get home wings are under cooked veggies all water logged no crunch .. call back twice only for them to hang up on me both times when I said the wings were under cooked

Order online through the wingstop app from this location and never received my order. I called and talked to an employee who assured me I would get a refund in 3-5 business days which never happened. Don’t order from this place unless you wanna get ripped off. 👎

The manger here was real cool they messed my order up ten day before and I called for the manger the next day he made my food perfectly and was so nice he definitely deserves a raise
I ordered ahead and showed up and I had no where to park I had to wait till a spot opened up and by the time I got my food my wings and fries where cold and the wings where hard they tasted old and not to mention the people that where in the parking lot looked getto as hell. This wingstop is the worst one I ever went to and will never come again.

Hey it was bad before now they done upgraded management or some food was made fresh to order was 5 mins off but who cares pretty accurate. Polite young ladies wings was full of meat and very well seasoned and tossed. Thank you ladies ✌🏽 XOXO 7/22/25 5pm

First thing. I did a mobile app order where it said 16-21 minutes. I get to the restaurant in about 10 minutes, the bag is already to the side with cold fries….i took them back and told the cashier they were scold and I literally just placed the order. He called himself giving me new fries when really all he did was re drop them in oil so the fries were hard. Yeah I just need to stick with my Elmwood & oak park locationS because this is terrible .
