I ordered a delivery order from here today. I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and jalepeno. I received the first order wrong called them and asked for a replacement with the pizza made correctly. I waited 45 minutes and my next pizza came but made WRONG AGAIN in the exact same way. Finally I called again and said I would just pick up the pizza myself so it’s quicker and ensures quality but they didn’t do anything to rectify this. I waited over 2 hours for a simple pizza and had to then go out of my way to pick it up after paying a fee for delivery and tip AND wasn’t even offered a partial refund or coupon. Absolutely horrible customer service and quality control. Hope you get the location under control

I had picked up a black olive pizza the night before and it was pretty good. The the next day I picked up a sausage pizza and was surprised the the sausage was cubes, never seen that before!!! That pizza was awful to say the least. If I had to choose between a frozen pizza or a dominos pizza I'd go for the frozen one! Your pizza has gone downhill bigtime.
Won't be back and will never recommend dominos to anyone 😢

I been ordering from this location many times over the years and I always tip the driver well. My last 2 orders have been a disaster, I ordered a large and got a medium pizza and the driver was 20 minutes late. I noticed when I redeem a coupon or use the 50% off promotion they always pretty much mess up my order. Why do you keep doing it??? Why does your store allow using loyalty points but you intentionally mess up my order? I'm never ordering from this location again.

The intake person for ordering home delivery was rude.
They are now charging $5.49 delivery fee (plus tip) , even if you live literally down the road, I get if you live 20 minutes away, we are a 3 minute walk, but it's raining.....
