Every time I come here I get HORRIBLE costumer service. 2 out of 3 times I’ve had to get my drink remade because it’s wrong. Idk if Jewel is hiring these people but I never get the “Starbucks” experience here.
Went to Starbucks and bought a WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA WITH COCONUT MILK NO WHIP CREAM. IT WAS DELICIOUS.
My bf has tried to surprise me with coffee from here multiple times and it’s only been made right twice. He always comes home and talks about how unfriendly and uncomfortable the staff makes him feel. On multiple occurrences he’s told me that the staff has rolled their eyes at him when he comes up to order. Today he paid $14 for two large apple crisp coffees and they forgot to put espresso in the coffee… so it’s just milk and syrup. We aren’t the type of people to return things and make complaints so we just won’t be getting coffee here again and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others. Very disappointing considering how much he paid.

Went in for a cup of hot coffee. The girl argued she was just after bring it, but it was almost cold. Did not have the time to waste to hang around to argue, offer her to try and brew a fresh batch disappointment never be back disgraceful.
I just stood at the register for 15 minutes and little mrs Rebecca didn’t acknowledge me one time and say I’ll be right with you her customer service is terrible and her attitude is stinky I was disgusted giving very much racist weird

Rebecca was awesome. I told her that I don't do caffeine, so she suggested the London Fogg, which is the earl gray tea with soy milk. Well, I don't do soy either, so she replaced that with oat milk. Thank you, Rebecca.

Donny is literally ALWAYS so pleasant! Every single time I’m here Donny is so polite and sweet. Very attentive! My vanilla sweet cream cold brew also was the best! Please make sure Donny is recognized for their hard work and great attitude ❤️

There's a long haired barista Justine STUPENDOUS! Top of the line service and quality from a young person is rare with everyone in this newer generation lazy and looking for handouts.. I give her 5 stars I give the location 0 stars but that's not an option so 1 star will do for now. I've been going to Starbucks since the late 90s and can count 4 baristas in my lifetime that were perfect and that includes Justine. She is incredible I have no idea how she handles large lines all alone with no mistakes on orders and beautiful drinks at that for each customer. Her etiquette is comforting and I over heard her speaking to customers behind me she speaks to them in Spanish I'm assuming because I heard an "hola" as well as comfortably chatting with heavy accented foreigners. She makes the location feel warm and comforting. I've gone in I've also sent my family I've also sent my assistants and no one has seen her! I don't care for the baristas there. One gives bad drinks with bad attitude, one is extremely ingenuous her drinks are inconsistent the heavier set boy seemed uninterested the Myla girl is alright drinks are good but not the same energy but also no where to be seen and there's a newer one who messed up on lattes two women ordered ahead of me and then looked extremely lazy so I refuse to purchase coffee from there Where is Justine? She told me herself assistant managers don't get traded. I have spread word to many people about her and I'm beginning to get messages asking where she is as well. My niece said the manager made her drink wrong so she tossed it came later and the new hire also proceeded to make it wrong that's a young customer lost. This is not how you keep your customers happy Jewel-Osco!! Shame on you!
Vegetarian options: Justine would remove items on my sandwiches without grimacing

I've gone to 4 different Starbucks in the past 4 days just to see if what I was ordering was too much. Would you guess that Hinsdale, Darien, Westmont and Countryside ALL were MORE THAN HAPPY to make the drink I asked for, which was a blended Caramel macchiato. Super hard right? Make the drink. Toss it in the blender. Pour it into a cup. Wow, miraculously, every other store I went to had NO issue making it. The woman that works at the Starbucks inside the Jewel just seems perturbed by any drink if it's not exactly how its supposed to be made. I'll never get anything from this Starbucks again. Who wants to be made to feel like they're a burden. I thought it was me, until I went to 4 other locations and my drink was made without a hiccup. Now, I know who the problem is. She shouldn't be working in customer service.
i went to this location today around 8 am. i stopped to grab some fruit & a coffee before work. there was one lady working - so i went out of my way to be polite. i ordered the drink on the flyer right in front of my face & asked if she could add oat milk. “NO. you the sweet cream is premade” to which i replied “oh yeah! sorry i was just asking if you could add it to the drink, i like the taste” to which she doesnt reply & just proceeds to make the drink. no receipt or even indication that i should move down. at this point i feel uncomfortable. she hands me the drink & i can tell immediately it’s wrong & there’s no ice? seeing her attitude i decided it wasn’t worth saying anything & i walked away. then i remembered i paid $7 for this drink lol. so i walked back & very kindly asked “i’m so sorry, i ordered this with the cold foam! is there any way you could add some?” she then tells me i’m wrong, that i didn’t order it that way bc i wanted oat milk. i again apologized & pointed to the flyer & let her know i wanted that particular drink to which she comes around the counter to look & still proceeds to tell me i ordered it wrong. mind you, all i’m asking for is for her to add the cold foam. she takes my drink & dumps it into a new cup - still no ice. pours the cold foam on top & then very sarcastically tells me to have a great day? i’m just confused, i wasn’t rude, i asked for one simple substitution & you went out of your way to ruin my happy & positive mood for the day? it’s been over an hour & im sitting here still d*** founded that that’s how you treat people. glad “georgie” got a big welcoming hello & nice conversation when he picked up his drink tho lol.
Fast, correct, friendly. Summer is the best - always helpful and will ask you for additional details regarding of the drinks. Food bar is full and merchandise are stocked and well-organized and you can find good deals.
