I come to this Starbucks every morning around 630am. The lady that works at this location that wears a mask has a problem serving African Americans. Each time I come in, I have to wait, she doesn't greet me, and when she does take my order she's rude. The day Starbucks was giving the holiday cups, I ordered two holiday drinks and when I asked for my cups, she said I needed to order holiday drinks. I told her, well you took my order and can clearly see I ordered holiday drinks. The young man next to her had to give me my cups. Another time, I ordered a drink and because she wouldn't even look at me but just rang in the order she took wrong, but tried to reprimand me and talk down to me when I told her the order was wrong. No matter when I'm in the store, there can be no other customers, but me, and she refuses to speak or makes me wait. When other customers come in whom are not black, she's speaking, laughing etc.. I put a call in to the store manager and still to this day, no one has called me back. I spoke to the shift manager and he was apologetic and understood my concerns. I have since stop coming to that location even though it's closer to my house.

Nice neighborhood, but the dirtiest location I have ever visited. Both the floor and the counter tops were very sticky. I'm not sure how food and drinks can be served in such a dirty environment. I'll think twice before going there again.

Order the venti coffee told the worker to use stars. She ended up charging me four bucks for a cup of coffee. Told her I wanted to use stars. She went to refund me and refunded me for a grande size even though I paid for a venti size. Great location. Cute Starbucks. Terrible

This Starbucks always has the most cheerful people. Usually takes a bit longer with how many mobile orders they get, but worth the wait!

Starbucks is good for the convenience of a fast on the way drive through coffee shop, but that is about it. Their lack of original flavors plus burnt espresso plus prices are enough to stay away and find a local place instead

Service was super friendly but menu didn't match what the web said they had. Wanted breakfast sandwiches. Web showed they had them got there to be told they had no delivery. Was disappointed. But what I got was good.

Very disappointed in my experience today at this Starbucks! The cashier took my order but never asked my name for my order. I was the only African American woman in line but she asked a name for everyone in front of me and after me. My order was made but apparently someone took it (maybe because there was no name on it) so I had to wait longer for them to remake my order. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to that location.
