Went with a friend for lunch. Busy place for a Thursday. Owner was tending bar and was very attentive. Talked us both into the daily special. Smash burger and sides. Burger had carmelized onions, two patties and cheese. Fries were small sized crinkle cuts. For $10 it was priced low in our opinion. Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Friendly locals at the bar we sat at. We will be going back.

Everything was delicious! Had 1 hiccup, a steak came out very well done instead of Med-rare. But the waitress and Chef were great about it and made it right. The appetizers were great also. I will definitely be going back. If ya haven't been definitely worth a try, you won't be disappointed.

The special today was spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs were nearly the size of baseballs and the was three. The chicken gizzard soup was delicious!!

Food and service was excellent! We had a rib eye....cooked perfectly with mac n cheese which was soooooo cheesy also had the deep fried cod great size and also perfect! We will definitely go back.

Food was good except one item homemade Mac and cheese.two of us got that side basically tasted like noodles with little butter and water on them. Told waitress and she proceeded to tell me there was plenty of cheese in try here since she seen chef put pepper Jack cheese in. Maybe so but definitely not enough even when cooled down looked bottom bowl and only shows stain on bottom of bowl from sauce water mixture.

Don't get what they call Mac and Cheese as your side. Turns out to be basically plain macaroni not with very little white cheese that is very runny and settled bottom so tastes like plain Macaroni. Tell waitress then she proceeded to tell me she seen cheese put it. Well not arguing that there was some. There was just not nearly enough to add any taste as what little there is is mixed with liquid and settled on bottom of bowl they serve in.
Such a great place, the Owners are awesome people and the food is top notch. The staff always brings their A game. Well worth the drive
