Creepy service, was really uncomfortable.
Went through the drive thru and once I got to the window to pay and get my order, the employee at the window “Dan” gave really strange energy. Lingering looks, odd questions. Along with my sandwich I also got a free side of goosebumps.
More importantly, I feel bad for any female who has to work with him.

never have had an issue with online ordering until recently. the past 4 sandwich orders have been incorrectly made, even with the exact customizations on the order ticket & receipt. not a fan of having to call & issue a complaint or ask for a credit back. but missing half the ingredients, meat, or anything else ordered is upsetting :( just hoping for better attention to detail & double checking the individuals orders before delivery or pick up.

I came in at 8 o’clock, so they had an hour until they closed and they were out of their regular French bread to make sandwiches. Most Jimmy John’s have extra at night and they sell the day old ones the next day. I was very disappointed.

Don't ever use there app or website they will steal money right out of your bank they'll sit there and run up your card for about $300 on Amazon

I order in the app and pick up on my way home. They are so fast, really friendly and the times I've been inside the place is really clean. I LOVE the new toasted roast beef sandwich. The horseradish sauce is so good.
Uh oh. Jimmy Johns learned about hot sandwiches....and my God, it's the one thing I didn't know we needed here. Something else to rival Subway for hot subs. And they didn't disappoint.
