It's Monical's, food wise, so you get what the chain had to offer. The wait staff is very friendly. However, if you offer a coupon for $25 before tax and it is $27 before tax, that is not honoring the coupon -- and saying I can't fix it is not honoring the coupon. Just sayin'

My fav pizza on a buffet! Took off a star because they have raised the prices and didn't give me the senior discount. Still a great place to go.

It was a little too cool in the dining room, food was very good but the waiter we had was a young kid who was really amazing and interacted with the kids at our table with such kindness. We appreciated you!!
First time at this Monical's though I've been to many, including the one in my hometown, and I love Monical's. This was very disappointing. We got there at 5 thinking we would have plenty of time to eat and be in Decatur by 6:30. We got drinks, a salad, and 2 breadsticks pretty quickly, but after 50 minutes still no individual pizzas. The place was not busy at all, maybe three tables occupied, and there were several employees just standing around. Apparently, there were several new people and our order got lost. By that time we had to leave to make it to our appointment on time, but our pizzas suddenly arrived as we were checking out so we requested they be wrapped. Mine ended up sitting in the car because I couldn't eat it and drive, and my partner couldn't finish eating theirs because they said it tasted bad. We asked for two tickets when we ordered, but they were rung up as one. We then asked for them to be split based on what we ordered. One person was given a discount and not charged for their pizza - we asked why that tab was so low and that is what we were told. The other person was charged full price for nearly the same order. Couldn't get an explanation why one person was charged $7 and the other charged $14. At that point we had to leave without any answers. We were there an hour with no pizza. We didn't even get drink refills.

We had (what started out as) a bad experience. Management stepped up and took excellent care of us! The service was top notch, food was great, and we found out we had so much in common. Thank you, again.

For several years I've been a customer at Monical's.Last week I placed an order for delivery and the 2 pizzas I received were burnt on the bottoms.I contacted Monical's and they immediately apologized.Today I checked my mail and saw a letter from them.They made it right.Kudos to them and I'm still a huge fan of their shops.One little hiccup after all these years of serving top notch food tells me my favorite pizza is still something to rave about!

Dropped in this location. It was pretty busy. Our host Conner was such a great and professional host. He and his staff were very understanding and accommodating!! Which my family and I appreciated. We had some issues with out cheese pizza order, however Matthew the manager got us squared away and made sure we all were satisfied. Appreciate the hospitality and understanding. Would be back?
