Good and quick coffee!

While I love the menu and everyone is always nice, there's a serious problem with employees using regular coffee when decaf is ordered. Or even when I order something that shouldn't have any type of coffee in it at all. I realized it's a coffee place and there's a risk of mix up happening but it happens so frequently that it feels more like negligence. I have a heart condition and cannot have regular coffee or espresso, this happened yet again yesterday and I had to spend the rest of the day in bed because I couldn't stand. People have food sensitivities and allergies and it needs to be taken seriously, we deserve to get what we paid for. Unfortunately, I just can't take the risk of ordering from here anymore.

I am not happy with the Clinton Scooters! First they change there login so now my phone will not let me do that. I have been there several times and ordered a large peanut butter powder drink and 3 times it has big chunks of ice in it so today I asked for them to blend it extra smooth, it was not! I came home and put it through my blender. It cost $7.10, I will not be back! Jan

The best part about this place is whenever that you finish your order they tell you to scoot around and that is like the funnest thing that I've heard in a minute

Drove 15 mins from Lincoln to go to Scooters at 5 PM. There was a handwritten sign that said they closed early but as we drove around I saw the guy standing in the window with the window open and asked if they were closed. He got nasty and said: That’s what the sign says. He was rude for no reason. I thought maybe they had found someone to come in and forgot to take the sign down. I will not be back.

What a wonderful coffee shop !! My favorite Barista is Libby , she is so kind & always smiles. Libby works hard to make sure her customers have a good day! I recommend Scooters coffee because I’ve never had a better server.

Coffee is to my taste. Its not bitter like Starbucks and is not as mild as Dunkin Donuts. So, to me it is a cross between the two. They have great tasting, robust cold brew which is my go to.

Im here everyday! I usually always get the same thing but i have got recommendations from the crew as well. The employees/management never let me down. If a mistake is made they are quick to fix it! Morning team is great! Never been there for evening shift but im sure they are just as great! Tyler trains his team well. ? this location knows my order and always has it ready quickly! They are great at upselling other products (im not one to switch it up often) but they have talked me into it quite a few times.
Vegetarian options: Egg bites are amazing. Just wish more came in an order!
Kid-friendliness: Love that they have a kids temp hot chocolate so my boy can drink it as soon as he receives it.
The drinks are awesome foods good but they really need to be open the hours that are posted rather then always closing

January 4, 2024 - I went to Scooter’s for coffee because I received one of their gift cards for Christmas. It is not my go to place, but Scooter’s is a nice alternative to Starbucks and Panera. The staff at the Clinton, Illinois location was friendly and moved me quickly through the drive through line. I ordered a red eye black. The order was not ready when I made it to the window and I had to wait…but not long enough for beans to be ground and the espresso to be made. Hmm…fast quick is given priority over quality. The coffee was average at best.
Wheelchair accessibility: Scooter’s is only drive through.

The blenders are delicious, not to be confused with McDonald's frappes, as a Scooter employee would be quick to remind you, with sass. He should be happy to know that I will NEVER make that mistake again. Dunkin' employees have never shamed me though.

Quick coffee drive thru service. Decent coffee, not too sugary/sweet (as I prefer). Service was super quick and efficient. Easy to pull in and out of the area. Prices are okay.
