Never had a mead before. All we tasted were good to really good to awesome. Liked the carbonated meads the best. Cute little place. Will be back for sure.

If you've never had mead, go for a flight and find what sings to you. Everything they have is flavorful, smooth, and very easy to drink. Even if you find a favorite, the seasons change as does the seasonal offerings and the tasting room only carbonated meads that require frequent visits. Come one, come all and enjoy Southern Illinois mead!

I met Michele years ago while she was protecting & serving our Country, now her and her partners are just straight"serving"!I had a chance to try a few of her bottles as a holiday purchase for me and a few friends. Let me tell you, they are delicious! I cannot wait to visit the new distillery in person to see what they are serving up this week! And especially since they have an AIR BNB on property too! Awesome experience! My girlfriend and I stayed for the weekend. The accomodations were excellent and the drinks were really good. Its an excellent idea for an intimate getaway. Nothing like a nice new drink experience by the fire.
