Owl Creek vineyard is a must stop. Did I enjoy every single wine? Maybe. Maybe not. Was the service fine? Yes. It's a comfortable space with live music. We weren't there when the music was but there was a list on the wall which listed who will be performing and when. Outside on the patio was some vintage wine making supplies, some pieces I even recognized. Selections of wine and ciders are available and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. A selection of t-shirts was hidden to the right side of the bar. This vineyard is set up to stay for awhile and make yourself comfortable type of space. There is a cat roaming around who seemed to take a liking to me. I would come back, more likely when there was live music.

Got here right at noon, place was empty but the waitress was ready to please. Wife and myself each got our own Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadilla and they were delicious with good sized portions, (I ate over half before I thought to take a picture) definately more than I expected. Each got our own "flight" or sampler we both love the options and variety. Great back deck environment, will come back!!

Owl Creek was a very pretty winery. We had a lovely visit there while down in the Shawnee National Forest. We went to hear the live music on the patio. Very pretty surrounding and building, however, the wine left much to be desired. It may be better to try the Hard Ciders. The Sav Blanc I tried was so sweet! and the service was not that great. Felt very rushed and not much knowledge about the wine. We wanted to like it!

Owl Creek is one of my favorite wineries. I love the varieties of cider they have as well as wine. It’s a great atmosphere and super relaxed. The outside patio is great and they have live music often as well.
Stay away if I were you. Such a shame because this used to be a lovely little winery. Seems that a lot has changed behind the scenes since their recent expansion and move a few years ago. While their wines and ciders are all quality, they pale in comparison to the other product available on the Shawnee Hills Trail (except Von Jakob, which Owl Creek is undoubtedly better than). All of them, even the dry varietals, cater to sweet tastes and have an unrefined finish. Not my thing, personally. Have been with a few different groups, and on a couple of occasions have spoken to the owner, who unfortunately many I've been with have found quite off putting. I didn't really think much of this until realizing I've never seen the same person work at the tasting bar here twice. Yikes. You're better off going to Alto, Hickory Ridge, or Pomona.

Great place! Nice wine and cider selection, appetizers and sandwiches were really good. Very nice indoor seating area and multilevel outdoor areas. Pet friendly too! Highly recommend.

Very unique and beautiful winery. We ordered a flight to share between the two of us (boyfriend and myself) and we're happy with our choices. My favorite was key lime pie and his was blueberry basil. we sat outside and it was perfect
