Never consistent with hours, closes at 8:45 when their site says 10. Worker comes to us as we walk in the doors and tells us we have to leave because they were just about to close the interior an hour early. Never had good customer service here.

4xs in roll they forgot to put something in the bag. The first 3xs I caught it before I left tonight i was extremely tired and left. What do you know I got all the way home and was missing a burger. I call to tell them and then they tell me if I don't come back tonight I am just out my money. Im so mad and they are not even trying to give me a free soda for my 2nd trip from Dupo!! Great customer service right there!!

The last 4 times I have came to this location they have forgotten something. The first 3xs I caught it before I left. Tonight I was extremely tired and didn't check my bag. I called the store and was told unless I drove 15mins back to the store I was just out my money. So this must be how they really make their money by charging you and just never give it to you

Says right on the sign that blizzards are flipped upside down before serving or they're free. Mine was not flipped. Mentioned it and was told that was a manager issue. Manager told me no they won't honor the policy

Love this place for the chicken strip basket, sweet tea and a sundae.
Asked to wait for my meal and waited 15 minutes, only to receive absolutely Cold freaking food. Ridiculous. I'll never go back.

Needed something quick because the baby was having a breakdown in the car. Made us pull around front to wait for our food. 10min later it comes out. I check the food and no gravy with the order as requested. Husband goes in and they say they just ran out. Why would they not tell us this when they brought the food out and asked us if we wanted something else? Opened our food and they gave us the 4 piece chicken baskets instead of the 6 piece we paid for.
