i did curbside service yesterday and waited almost 30 minutes for my food to come out. it never came, so i left. but the app and curbside was working because someone else got their food brought out to them. idk why my order was ignored and i lost $. there were like 5 cars in line when i ordered then there was no one in the drive thru. then few other cars pulled up like 10 min after i ordered and got their food quickly then no one was in drive thru again. i guess they were ignoring my order and didn’t wanna bring it out. it showed in the app as confirmed. i understand if it was really busy, but it wasn’t. this is the second this has happened, ive lost like $20 in last couple months.

Great experience older gentleman working the counter went out of his way to check on dining room patrons. Making sure they had everything they needed, taking their trash, etc...way to step up your service MCDS!!

I ordered a mc chicken and large tea . I pulled away from the drive thru and pulled out a box from the bag.??? There was a single piece of chicken plain no bread just a patty. I was behind schedule and 1 other car in drive thru . They made it right but it took a few more minutes

Do better not even 1am n saying already closed smdh wow umm,your a fast food restaurant drive thru is open til 1am it was 1230 n getting yelled at saying closed when pulling up to the drive thru at 1230 and you worker running across the parking lot saying closed when your not suppose to be because it's not even 1am is sad as hell do better , n all your reviews are sad it's fast food do better js .. smdh sad especially for a small town

I ordered a meal and opened the burger when I got home to find more than just a few hairs in it. I took it back to the store where the manager was shocked and apologetic and gave me a new burger and fries, and then I opened the bag to inspect the food. The food looked clean, but the outside of the box had hair on it, and when showing that to the manager, he didn't really have a response. He just apologized and walked away.

I rarely leave a bad review but the service and food at this McDonald's is horrendous at night. The food was literally inedible. I drive thru frequently in the morning and the service and food are excellent.
