I was denied service and one of the worker named Dmark wouldn't service us but would service everyone else and the other day he made fun of my sister and now he don't want to wait on us and he wants to give us dirty looks we have talked to the managers and they don't want to do anything about

Probably the worst Mcdonalds Location in the entire state of Illinois which is certainly saying something. Ordered a 10 piece nugget and got 7....Ordered a Plain Hamburger got a double cheeseburger with all the toppings and pickles...Ordered a cup of water was told by the girl at the register that she was unable to ring up a cup of water....Jesus Christ. Ronald is rolling in his grave right now.

We went there to have lunch after school and we stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one even helped us so we left and went to Taco Bell. Taco Bell got our order in a minute. Mcdonalds us getting worse ever day.

We stopped by on our way home tonight, it was quite late and not too busy. We ordered 2 McChickens with extra mayonnaise, 3 fries (large), 10 pc McNuggets and a Mocha Frappe. We were told they could not do a frappe, so I settled for an iced coffee, which they could not do either. Stupidly we should have checked our order before we left as neither McChickens had extra mayonnaise and they did not give us the 10pc McNuggets! After a very long day at work, I was too tired to call or drive back there to complain.

Ordered a mobile order large Big Mac meal with coke. Received some kind of diet soda. Fries were unsalted. Big Mac itself was fine but when I called about the overall quality of the meal they hung up and never answered my call after. Day staff has always been good but night staff has no respect at all.
I called them asking why they didn't put ham on my hamburger. the worker was acting very annoyed at a simple question. this should not be acceptable at any mcdonalds establishment. L place, do NOT go

I’m never spending ten bucks on this nasty food again, seen an employee digging in her pants as I was getting my food. The floors are dirty asf. The fry’s tasted like they were made yesterday and somehow this is during a small rush-hour and the burgers tasted like they were left out all night and thrown in the microwave. I’ve never actually wanted to ask for a refund because the food is horrible until now. Thank you Columbia. They make better food in E-stlouis
