Just waited 15 minutes at the drive through with no answer. Me and the 3 people behind me just left. Its sad that these young kids cant tell that there is a problem and have the initiative to fix it.

My family loves Sonic, but this has got to be the worst one. Half the time, you can't get them to answer the drive thru, and when they do, the order is rarely correct. Most of their car hops have been friendly, but sometimes you get one that has a bad attitude. It's just not worth the trouble anymore to try and go here. We'll go to other ones.

Everything was good they just take a very long time, if it was just once I'd understand but unfortunately it's happened more often than not. They are super friendly and the food is always fresh, just be ready to hang out for a little bit

Excellent service! everybody was really nice and oddly everybody in the Walgreens next to the Sonics was also really nice. The fries were immaculate and fresh, and the burger was pretty good. Would go here again if in Columbia

Went here for lunch and will NEVER be back! Got my burger and fries, took a bite out of my burger, and it was still bloody in the middle. Said something to the manager and she argued with me that it was not blood, it was ketchup and refused to remake it, all while laughing about the whole thing. Fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting since they opened. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Food is fine for a Sonic, service was good. This place needs updating/investment though. At least half of the stalls menus don’t function, needs cleaning, painting, driveway work.

Everytime we come through the drive through it’s atleast a 15 minute wait everytime.
I have come to this location multiple times without any food issues. Everything comes out hot and fresh. The young man that brings the food out with dusty blonde/brown hair is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He’s been working there for awhile now and everytime I see him he’s so kind.

Will not eat here. Paid $16 for a cheeseburger. Fifty percent of burger was made of ketchup, i would love whoever's working today to just drink a mouthful of ketchup, and you'll know what it tastes like and what it was like and it was terrible i have added additionally to this note. They are not answering phones, so I cannot get my food replaced or at least even make a complaint. So I guess I had to take this all the way to HR, fun fun?

Friendly peeps answering the magic red button and bringing the food out. Had to pull my full size pickup truck into 3 stalls before I found one that was working.
Chili dog, groovy fries and limeade were all made fresh and tasted great.
