I had the best fries I've ever had in my life! Very crunchy, perfectly seasoned, still hot by the time I got home! Service was great as well but those 🍟, man I cant express enough how amazing they were, and cant believe what I've been missing out on!

This has to be the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I can’t rate the food because after 15 minutes of waiting to place an order, I left. The place wasn’t even busy. It seems like they can only take one order at a time, complete it, before taking the next order. In the 15 minutes I waited, I only saw one order go out.

Just waited 15 minutes at the drive through with no answer. Me and the 3 people behind me just left. Its sad that these young kids cant tell that there is a problem and have the initiative to fix it.

My family loves Sonic, but this has got to be the worst one. Half the time, you can't get them to answer the drive thru, and when they do, the order is rarely correct. Most of their car hops have been friendly, but sometimes you get one that has a bad attitude. It's just not worth the trouble anymore to try and go here. We'll go to other ones.

Everything was good they just take a very long time, if it was just once I'd understand but unfortunately it's happened more often than not. They are super friendly and the food is always fresh, just be ready to hang out for a little bit
Excellent service! everybody was really nice and oddly everybody in the Walgreens next to the Sonics was also really nice. The fries were immaculate and fresh, and the burger was pretty good. Would go here again if in Columbia

Went here for lunch and will NEVER be back! Got my burger and fries, took a bite out of my burger, and it was still bloody in the middle. Said something to the manager and she argued with me that it was not blood, it was ketchup and refused to remake it, all while laughing about the whole thing. Fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting since they opened. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Food is fine for a Sonic, service was good. This place needs updating/investment though. At least half of the stalls menus don’t function, needs cleaning, painting, driveway work.
