Stumpy's Spirits Distillery

Always enjoy the tours and bourbon experiences at Old Monroe. Stopped by the new location for a bit today before the grain to glass experience. The new location looks great and the bar staff makes great cocktails.

We attended a wedding here. Was a beautiful building. The grand ballroom is truly a showstopper with ample space for nearly any size wedding or gathering. They offer two bars for your event. The patio space is nice but just a concrete slab. If they add features here it could be a truly next level venue. Some of the acoustics in side seemed challenging and it was hard to hear spoken words. Bathrooms are small and the stall door was broken leading to a lot of walk-ins on people. Beautiful wall of windows on each side of the venue.

Fun atmosphere, cool new building, and great drinks. We will be back.

LOVED it! We were there this weekend with “that 70s crew” for my mom’s birthday. They were so accommodating and we all had the best time. A beautiful destination with an experience to match!! Can’t wait to go back!

Was there 7 years ago when it was a small little place. Loved seeing the improvements. Was worried it might have gotten commercialized pulling in. Couldn't have been a better mix. Great place, great tour, great people, and as always great spirits.

An incredible upgrade! Excellent bourbon and cocktails. I look forward to visiting again when I’m back in town.

We came in from NC and had an amazing time on the tour. Lauren was knowledgeable tour guide and an outstanding part of the experience. We especially enjoyed the bourbon barrelled Pecan whiskey and the Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Cream.

Our daughter chose Old Monroe as her wedding venue. I cannot say enough positive things about the space itself, and it’s amazing staff. Every need we had was tended to and beyond. The wedding coordinators truly care about making sure your day goes as planned, even when mud gets on your wedding gown 30 min prior to the ceremony 😩. The space speaks for itself, it is truly spectacular. No detail was left unnoticed. Our guests really enjoyed drinks at the bar while waiting for the ceremony. I highly recommend giving Old Monroe a your if you need an event space, and also if you are looking for a night out with friends.

Premium build, diverse menu, but perhaps the worst outdoor signage size and last mile in directions I have seen recently for a nice distillery. For God’s sake, pay Trost Plastic or another roadside neighbor to place a clear nice sign for you.
