We had the best time at Sunset Overlook! We celebrated Valentine's Day in the coziest heated igloo, indulging in a delicious fondue special. The staff was amazing, and the food and drinks were so tasty! We’re already counting down the days until we can return in the spring and summer!

Great place to sit outside. However, the service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. The were out of everything. We ordered two salads. I have celiac and told them this and they brought it with croutons. I sent it back. Then they came back and said they were out of lettuce. No apologies. Terrible attitudes. It took 30 minutes to bring our waters. The waitress spilled her alcohol and didn't even offer to replace it. We ended up walking out

These restaurants still putting service fees is redicoulous. 3% for what? Oh I used my credit card, business 101. If you give customers a reason you will get bad reviews. Build it in to the price, then you make more with cash payers, or for what ever the reason is.

Seems like a neat place, will return. Visited here for a reception, another busload of people showed with their regular crowd, seems waitstaff was overloaded. Waited for a cup of water for 45 minutes, was ready to drink out of sink, but instead went to the bar and met our waitress there. Since the reception we attended was a scheduled event, I feel there should've been a dedicated waitstaff, not sure there was. However pizza was amazing! Will order again.
Also ordered a sandwich -to go- that was a special (to try it!), they brought it out to eat right then, had to send back to rebox. It was ok,not what was expected (Jalapeno Blackberry Grilled Cheese, one jalapeno on sandwich and bread seemed wrong for the choice). Ugh.
