5/22/2025 @ 12pm I went to Taco Bell, ordered 2 soft tacos just meat and cheese ( no lettuce ) instead I opened it up to be ALL lettuce and not even a scoop of beef.. I am a manager for a Taco Bell in granite city so I know this isn’t acceptable and it’s sad that they will serve something that’s not even made right. I understand mixing up the order and maybe you forgot it’s just meat and cheese that’s fine, but when it’s loaded with just lettuce, no cheese, & not even a scoop of beef IM VERY angry! I’ll be taking this to my resources

Only in drive thru, decent food, workers are pleasant most of the time, orders are accurate.
Taco bell is a once a year for me. I forget how marginally bad the food is and try it again. I know people who love Taco Bell. Sorry, I am not one off them.

This is definitely the best Taco Bell. Heads up, if your heading to Waterloo better stop at the Taco Bell in Columbia. Unfortunately, Waterloo is really bad about not giving you your whole order. I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten home and missing so many thing.
Hands down, Columbia Taco Bell is the best!
