It's a Taco Bell.... but, for a Taco Bell, it's typically on the cleaner end with friendly and fast service. Also, they usually put the right amount of each topping on your items. Every once in awhile you'll get the wrong item or a topping you didn't want or ask for..... but for the most part, the Columbia Taco Bell is on the upper part of my list.

It’s fast food. You don’t expect it to be mind blowing in food or in service. But this has got to be the best Taco Bell in existence. The team here is incredibly kind, and, compared to every other Taco Bell I’ve been to, I feel like it tastes the best too

I loved coming here, the foods always been fine and I door dashed all the time, but tonight the food was just terrible. I ordered some quesadillas without sauce and there was a mix up where they made it with sauce without cheese. I’ve worked food service before, I understand mixups happen and I would’ve let it go if they weren’t horribly made. We were shorted chicken so bad that one piece was just sauce in the tortilla.

I ordered a burrito supreme combo meal. The burrito supreme is half the size it used to be and triple the price.😔 Everything tastes like mush.

5/22/2025 @ 12pm I went to Taco Bell, ordered 2 soft tacos just meat and cheese ( no lettuce ) instead I opened it up to be ALL lettuce and not even a scoop of beef.. I am a manager for a Taco Bell in granite city so I know this isn’t acceptable and it’s sad that they will serve something that’s not even made right. I understand mixing up the order and maybe you forgot it’s just meat and cheese that’s fine, but when it’s loaded with just lettuce, no cheese, & not even a scoop of beef IM VERY angry! I’ll be taking this to my resources

It was past 11pm. So happy the dining room was open for my husband and I to sit and eat.
Consistently good.
Only in drive thru, decent food, workers are pleasant most of the time, orders are accurate.
