Im so sad because this is truly one of my favorite spots in town. We have ordered over the phone almost once a week for YEARS without issue. I understand being busy on a Friday afternoon but it’s no excuse to leave someone(my mom) on hold for over 30 minutes (they forgot about her because they were actively answering the phone and taking orders when I was standing there) and then be rude when I had to come in and order to go at the window. I barely got a “sorry” for the situation. This is very unfortunate because like I said the food is great but to treat regular customers so poorly is truly telling of the staff.

The bad review is just wrong. Staff was super friendly, they were knowledgeable about the ingredients and the tagi fried rice was so good. Food was out in under 10 minutes after ordering. Just have to ask for it vegan. Music is good too. Worth a stop for sure.

My daughter's favorite place for Thai. It was here birthday, this is where she wanted to go. Had a good experience here, usually do. Party of 4. Seating was available. Good service. Sat in the back room. Everyone was pleased with their meals. Recommended-MVP

This is one of the best Thai restaurants in the St. Louis area. So if you find yourself in Columbia Illinois, you definitely would want to check it out. Love their pad Thai as well as they’re yellow curry.

We dined in at Thai House last night and had a horrible experience. We ordered pad thai and fried rice. My daughter was really excited about the pad Thai, once we received the pad Thai it looked really dark like it was mixed with used motor oil. After one bite my daughter said it tasted bad, I mentioned that to my server and she asked if the chef could taste it and try it. (I thought that was a weird request but obliged) she returned and said that the chef said that it tasted right. I responded that my daughter didn’t like and was curious if we could get something else or a refund. Her response was no we don’t do refunds, and suggest we box it up and take it home and someone else could eat it later. I feel this place has been declining over the past several months. Needless to say we will never be back.

Whoever is answering the phone tonight has terrible customer service. Gave her the first order which was a kids fried rice then told her a chicken fried rice. She yelled into the phone HOLD ON HOLD ON. I assumed by her tone she wasn’t talking to me but I had to ask. She then replied “ya I’m talking to you “ I paused taken back and waited as she repeated the order, after words she asked HOW SPICY HOW SPICY HOW SPICY three times in a row as if it not being quick enough now, told her to work on her customers service and canceled the order, definitely won’t be back. We’ll go to the next place for the fried rice!
