Went to Whiskey Acres and ordered for delivery because you are in the radius for delivery. You gave someone else our order. It’s been hours since I’ve eaten and was so looking forward to some good pizza and dough nuggets (because your Whiskey Acres pals recommended you….) and then I got no food. You need a better system to VERIFY an order because clearly whatever you’re doing isn’t working. Soooo….thanks for nothing.

Our go to pizza. Best around, but inconsistencies drive me crazy. Got pepperoni and sausage, and we couldn't tell which side was sausage, it was so small. Closer to pieces of ground beef than sausage on pizza. And for some reason it was rolled ultra thin, when regular thin was the order. As a result, floppy crust. Excellent taste of course, just off the mark of repeat performance.

We grabbed pizza for pickup so I didnt pay much attention to the interior. But the pizza was delicious. We are new to the area and it by far exceeds Pizza Villa and Pizza Pros in Dekalb. I love that they had a make your own specialty pizza. We did a sausage, fresh garlic, green peppers, black olive and fresh basil. We also grabbed an order of garlic cheese sticks. We got a 14 inch for both and I would say the pizza alone could feed 4 people maybe 5 if you got a side with it like the cheese sticks.

We love all of the great local pizza places in DeKalb County. Dough Brothers is hands down my favorite. I like the sweeter sauce and it’s always super cheesy. We often get double dough, but have had thin crust and pan style, and each are delicious. Dough nuggets of course are great. We’ve never had to wait super long, and have never had issues with our order.

The salad was incredibly fresh. They also have a pickle pizza with bacon, which was fantastic. Additionally, their garbage pizza was equally delicious, with everything being fresh and flavorful. The pizza toppings were particularly noteworthy for their freshness.

Ordered a pizza a specific way, when i called realizing it was made with the wrong sauce, the employee that took the order put me on hold and came back saying the manager said “since i told him i repeated the order back to you they could not do anything about it, sorry and good bye” I was not repeated the order back to me, I called back asking for a manager and he handled it the exact opposite of how you should being in the position they were. He told me that he believed his employee and he didn’t appreciate me calling her a liar which was never the case, I simply said she did not repeat the order back to me. It was a 28$ pizza and he offered a 5$ credit and I said after 10 years of ordering and being a loyal customer that I would not come back. Didn’t seem to be bothered by that at all, when I explained how taking her word over me just because she was his employer isn’t fair or right when it was hear say. Only then is when he said he would credit me for the pizza. Not looking for a handout and that’s what he made it to be, so I won’t be needing that credit because don’t plan on coming back. When there is a dispute between how a pizza was ordered and it comes down to taking someone’s word over the other the customer should probably get the benefit of the doubt. Horrible customer service things were never like this before, must be new owners….. Plenty of other pizza places in the area that would never interrogate a customer over a order being taken incorrectly. Pizza prob cost them 5$ to make and they’ve lost a customer that has spent 100$s of dollars over the 10 years. Absolutely petty.

We couldn't stop talking about how great this pizza was at my family bday party! First time trying it & we're already planning our next order. The crust was crisp and very tasty, the toppings were all fresh, especially noticed on the margarita pizza. Olive oil was perfect! I'm from Chicago and my husband's from New York. We've lived in the DeKalb area for 12 years and tried just about every pizza place. Dough Brothers is by far the BEST! Keep 'em coming guys!

I recently moved to the area and decided to give a local pizza place a try. I ordered a beef roll with onions and green peppers, but when I got home, I realized they had forgotten to put the beef on the roll. I called the manager, Perez, the next day, and they made it right by giving me a free beef roll. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this place. If they make a mistake, they’re more than willing to make it up to you. As someone who’s new to the area, I’ll definitely be back for my next pizza craving! Thanks a bunch!
