If it was possible to have this place shut down I cannot understand why it hasn't absolutely the worst food an service I have ever experienced an this is the second time I have attempted this place never again I hope it catches fire HORRIBLE.

Called in to ask about the fried chicken Philly, was told they have 3 types of chicken, but no clear explanation of what it was. I ordered the Philly steak. When I got there to pick up my order and showed him the on line item I was asking about, I was told it was not his fault I didn't know what I wanted. It seems that this business feels so secure that it does not need to provide customer service. Maybe they have forgotten customers are the reason they are in business.

Best cheesesteak I ever had! I usually get the fried option.. wow it's good. Definitely avoid this place if you're on a diet tho lol Love that they have a drive thru, makes life easier! Super friendly people working here! Average dining area, I usually pick up to go. Very tasty!!!

Unfortunately I have to write this negative review.... BUT, here goes!!! BABY'S cheesesteak &Lemonade is NO BABA'S CHEESESTEAK AND LEMONADE... not in the slightest... Sorry to the LITTLE BABY'S but NO, NO, and HELL NO... at least not the one at 4003 w. 167th street, Country Club Hills, IL 60478. If there are other locations, my apologies to you for being apart of this franchise. With that being said, I've given this restaurant more than enough chances to get it right and 8 out of 10 DoorDash orders have been wrong... I've even called this location after placing my Door Dash order online, to make sure my order was right and 7 out of 10 orders were still wrong or missing items ( pre-paid ) DoorDash will refund my money, if I remember to call, but who cares about a refund WHEN YOUR FREAKING HUNGRY AND NOW YOU HAVE TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WAIT ANOTHER 30-45 minutes to eat??? Seriously!!!! So again, With that being said... I have went there myself, thru drive thru, ordered my own food... clearly spoken to the drive thru person, repeated my order... paid... was told told to please wait at the designated number slot for my food to come out. I'm confident that my order will be correct, especially because there's only 2 cars in the drive thru and looking thru the window... it's 2-3 people inside.... BUT NO, NO and HELL NO... Super TACO COMPLETELY WRONG.... Cheeseburger Nasty ( overly-overly salty ) and this is a simple frozen RESTAURANT DEPOT PATTY.... How hard could it be??? In light of all of the things I have mentioned, the customer service ( women so far ) are just down right MEAN, AWFUL and entitled ( I guess ). CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW A PRIVILEGE instead of a business requirement in ILLINOIS. I'm giving 2 stars for the lemonade and when I called the manager was 1/2 way understanding but I couldn't really figure out if he was being condescending because he told me that I should always check my food because they make so many mistakes!!!! you be the judge of that, please. Why do I go back, honestly because the lemonades and I miss BABA's in the city... but writing this review has reminded me that this place is not for me!!!! Good luck, if you try it and I'm just trying to help you not waste your money and this restaurant not lose their business!!

The food here was some of the worst food that I ever had the displeasure of trying myself and my wife had tried the fried cheesesteaks that they have we added bacon to it and we also tried some of their cheesy bread with pepperoni. The fried cheesesteaks are a great concept but it is so poorly executed and they were flavorless and the bacon that was put in there wasn't real bacon it taste and looked like turkey bacon worst part about it is that the bacon was raw And the cheesy bread was worse then the cheesesteaks the taste was nonexistent it was so bland that the pepperoni didn't even add flavor to it And oh yeah think that you'll get your money back because the food here is awful their return policy is that you can only get STORE CREDIT no refunds at all so much so that they have multiple signs stating the same I didn't even go back to ask for a refund because of their policy so we wasted 35 dollars for food we threw away beware of this place I don't know how they have such a high rating on here and google but their food is awful don't eat here save your money.
