Caribbean Jerk Palace

Ordered today spent $83 called my order in still wasn’t ready waiting an extra 25-30 minutes none of my dinners are full . Gravy so watery on the rice . They didn’t give my side order of yams. The girl diamond so rude then told me come back or got 48hrs. 😂😩 chicken old didn’t even give me a full side of rice ( rice hard asl) . For the price I definitely expect better , y’all always have the worst cashiers with the nastiest attitude it’s crazy

We ordered 2 taco pitas. It was $19.97. Almost $10 a piece for barely any jerk chicken. There is NOTHING to come with it, no sides or anything. The jerk chicken pita did not have anything on it but cheese and white onion. It was over seasoned and difficult yo eat because it was so spicy. Jerk chicken should be edible. However, it stated it would have cilantro. We will not be back. Too expensive for what you get.

Called my order in at 6:37pm, the lady says 20minutes. I get there they say they are out of Mac and yams it’s going to be 30minute wait. I got my food at 8:07pm which is ridiculous. Mac was watery and disgusting. Rice was crunchy, pieces stuck in my teeth. I do not recommend. Cashier lady has no customer service. Save ya money and time.

I was told they had no catfish. So I paid and ordered Salmon 2 orders totalling 44 dollars. I came back after 20 minutes and I was told they had no Salmon. I asked for my money back. "We don't give refunds". I was highly pissed. I said you are taking my money for your mistake! I finally settled on Talipia. I waited another 20 minutes. The Tilapia was so hot with jerk sauce I couldn't eat it. I KNOW THIS WAS INTENTIONAL! I saw no business license. They all had Nasty attitudes especially the Cashier! NO ONE EAT AT JP JERK!

walked in 5min before they open the door was wide open the lady behind the counter was stuffing her face and turned me away told me to wait til 2:30.

You could have just said, "We don't have any more macaroni and cheese tonight". I would have respected that instead of scraping the bottom and edge of the pan for this. Waste of time and money, never experienced this before.

Closed almost an hour early. Trust the reviews that the service is terrible and not worth it

The man literally had his gloves on came from out the back grabbed the garbage can from outside and went to the back to prepare more food. The man didn’t change his gloves or anything. Then I asked can I just get refunded, the people told me NO! So I spent $50 on garbage can food. Just pathetic. This place used to be good but they went downhill and the prices went uphill. Don’t waste your time or money. They need new MANAGEMENT

I just left this establishment extremely disappointed. The cashier gave my food to another customer, who took the food to his car and brought it back end upon realizing it was wrong. She then tried to correct the problem by giving it to me offering extra bread. Just nasty. They refused to give me a refund for their mistake on top of a mistake. Unsanitary, Unsanitary, Unsanitary. Just nasty

Im a trucker, and i like to visit different jamaican restaurants around the country. The chicken was so salty. I couldn't eat it. The cabbage was ok, and the yam was ok. I love supporting black businesses, but we have to do better. If the cook had tasted the food, they wouldn't have served it. In the long term, you lose money serving awful food.
