I went there last night and I couldn’t believe the level of disrespect from the cook/ manager. A woman came in to purchase the food she ordered and I can’t determine what was going on, but she was kind and polite and offered to resolve whatever was the issue, but he literally belittled her. A young lady who worked there came to the assistance of the customer and provided her with a Kleenex and reassurance. I wanted to help her because this guy was a real jerk!!! It’s people like him that remind you how small and ignorant people can really be! I will not be returning to this establishment!!!

I ordered food yesterday and I personally can't have any spicy food I can't touch I can't consume it.......whatever spice they put on there I can't so I ordered and the person with me ordered they mixed up my order and put spices on it. I called at 855 when I got home with order and told the young lady you mixed up my spices I need my order remade because I can't eat it. She told my long story shortcall back tomorrow. I call today and the manager tells me wel did you keep the food you can't touch in the refrigerator so you can bring it back(mind you the girl never said that the day before). So I just spent $70 on food and the manager tells me it's f'd up because me and my wife the face of the company and there is nothing I can do and the owner will tell you the same thing. Now I wasn't asking for a refund just replace what I couldn't eat and I told him that or give me a % off my next order for yall screw up. No, I get well if you didn't throw the food away we could have replaced it or gave you a refund. I told him I couldn't touch it or consume it and you wanted me to keep the food. Somebody make it make sense because it absolutely doesn't to me.

My go to spot for some great delicious shrimp, fish and sides, I usually order over the phone and pick it up for faster service and they usually pick up the phone at this location too lol

If I could give them a zero star I would I ordered crab legs for the second time and they were terrible no flavor I had to scrape the meat off of the shell you could tell that they were left over three strikes they're out I will never eat there again my husband stomach was upset after this ordeal
