the host Aisha is great, respectful and welcoming, the food is good but sometimes they often have watery sauce when it’s closing time, overall the food is good, great host , great customer service and I love the bartender Meka she always hook me up.

My first time here. We were on our way to a place near here. Long story short we left after googling this place.. everything was good, the drinks, the DJ was very entertaining and engaging the crowd.. I could’ve stayed much longer but had to get up for work in the morning. Between the good food, vibe and drinks I didn’t want to leave. I’m not a crustacean guy so I had the fried flounder with fries and the mozzarella sticks with Marina and my wife had crab legs thanks for everything I’ll be back soon. But I’ll make sure I don’t have work the following morning so I can stay longer
I would like to say Crestwood location is better than CC Hills. From the service to the food . There were only 2 waiters working and one waiter was the bartender . They don't have the sushi/ramen menu or updated menus at all. They don't honor anything for other restaurant at CC Hills. Again the special is buy 2 snow crabs get one free , but they don't honor that if there is a couple ordering crab legs . No $5 margaritas all day . Nothing fr, everything al acarte. I should've turned around when I had a chance . And all gratuity is added at this location . Don't get me wrong my muscles and snow crab was decent , but the scallops was very under cooked along with the sausage .

At first it started off good. The door lady sat me at a booth and a waitress came over and took my order. I ordered the crab bites (they were good and a passion fruit sunrise. After consuming the crab bites. I informed the waitress that I was ready to place my order. She took my order without a notepad which is a gift that some servers possess but not this one. She walked away and almost 30 minutes later I’m still sitting and she says are you ok? I replied i’m just waiting for my food and she replied “aw man, i was wondering who’s food that was” the guy in the kitchen then brings my food out about 5 minutes later and the sauce is watery. when i got my final ticket it said original cajun seasoning and mild when i had ordered garlic butter seasoning spicy. So they just gave me whatever they wanted me to have and Im expected to pay for it?? On top of that an 18% gratuity added which was an $10 added to my bill!!! This is why I hate going out!!!

The quality has went down. The waitstaff was horrible and slow. Not accommodating, waitress wore AirPods the entire time and was not very kind or helpful in explaining why a specific card method of payment was not accepted. The food was okay, for the experience I could definitely go elsewhere. They also billed us one amount with gratuity and added gratuity a second time after the card was ran. They also removed the weekly specials and some menus

The service was horrible. They gave us little crab legs for the amount of money. We waited at the door for almost 12 minutes before somebody even notice we were standing there and the place was not busy at all. As I'm waiting for the bill to return, I see a mouse run across from the kitchen to the bar. This business needs to get exterminated. I do not recommend this place. Highly considering calling the state inspector.GROSS!!!!!!
