They closed the restaurant a half hour early with customers still in the drive thru claiming they ran out of food...after allowing us to wait in a line. The person that answered the phone was clueless and unapologetic.

Worst panda Express I've had in my life. I asked for soy sauce specifically said no sweet and sour and all I have is 6 packets of sweet and sour. The fried rice I got was not made with soy sauce so it just tastes like warmed up rice, the noodles are very dry and flavorless, the orange chicken was somehow cold. The shrimp was okay but literally everything else on my plate makes me mad how bad it is. Do not get food here, drive a little bit up to Crestwood where the panda is better. Worst way to waste $12 and I was hoping it would lift my spirits :(

The attitude of the person taking the order was terrible. I asked for a bigger plate. She never asked what my third entrée was. She said I never told her. I replied back you never asked

I frequent this location and the first couple of times I did not make a big deal about them being out of entrees. On my last visit they were out of 4 entrees on the menu and did not have fried rice. The servers are nice yet I don’t understand why this location is always out of entrees. Bad management if you ask me.

Never have anything made at night...They say it's going to take 30 minutes so you don't want to wait. Then if it's an hour before closing their not making it at all. This has happened on 3 or more occasions. Worst Panda I really hate going to this one but it's close.. Never again

Usually don’t right reviews but if the pandaexpress website and google say they will open at 10:30 AM M-SUN and ALLOW order to go through at 10:30am WHY DO U KEEP THE DOORS SHUT AND NO DRIVE THRU TILL 11:30AM???? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
I received the wrong mobile order back to back within the week. Kudos has to be given to the manager at this location. The issue was addressed immediately and offered an apology. Taking accountability for errors and correcting them within a timely manner is always appreciated

Manager smiles at you, but acts like a thug when you questione the quality of the service. I have not seen more than 2 stars for this location since 11 years ago. It's not you, it's them!! And the trays were dirty for dine in service
