Ribs and Soul BBQ

I feel scammed this isn’t St Louis ribs. These rins didn’t have any meat on them and they were dry and tough. How do you even give this to people?

Had an event and everyone was asking where the chicken tips came from. Needless to say, they were delicious! I also had the baked beans which were also a hit! I highly recommend Ribs and Soul BBQ. Thank you so much for a smooth pick up and excellent service. 5 out of 5

If I didn’t have to put one star it would be zero. Twice Ebony replaced meat chicken tips and now turkey tips. Dry and tough difficulty to chew. She admitted replacing but said she not replacing a second time, and was rude when I called about the turkey tip being dry and stringy- hard to chew. This says the sample is good but the plate isn’t. Please don’t be fooled by the sample bc the plate will be totally different. I told her, I would not be returning, i go twice get sample
twice but the real plate is messed up! Deception. The bake beans and string beans are alright. Bye Ebony. $22.00 gone down the drain . Irate and argumentative. I had the entire plate i could have bought back but she cut me at the pass …I said I would not be returning.

Food was horrible for the price they charged. This was the second time I tried them. Both time was horrible. Rib tips was like rubber. Hot link was hard and burnt. I had a small rib tip and hot links! It was almost $40.00 Ridiculous what I got for my money!!!!!!

This place has some really good food, I was using an app called Too Good to Go to order a meal and there was a bit of a wait but not bad. I met a very friendly lady who ordered the same and we had a great chat. The staff was nice but it was busy( on a Friday) so they were focused.
I'd go there again. They had a separate area which looked to have booths but I got there late so not much seating to eat-in as I think it was just the waiting area.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thanks Brandy and team Ribs and Soul for catering my grandson’s going away party. The food was a huge hit. Everything was superb. I’ve never tasted more tender and delicious rib tips in my life. Catfish perfection. Green beans, chefs kiss on everything. Food was ready when promised. It was brought to my car and carefully loaded without a drop spilled. Here are a few pics! Highly recommend.

I know real authentic rib tips, and if you want REAL!!! AUTHENTIC RIB TIPS This is the place, you will not find any place better than this, when they say authentic REAL recipe they back it up.

Food taste is good. Chicken wings are very flavorful and crispy, but one thing! Please remove feathers from wings.

Oh my goodness. First off the people there are extremely nice and offer excellent customer service but don’t let me forget the food the tips ooo wee and that Mac and cheese is off the chain and don’t let me forget them yams omg!!! Party in your tummy!!!!

The meat is a little tuff n the sauce was ok

WASTE OF $30 SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ... Every single piece of rib tips, was so tough I couldn't even bite it. I called the restaurant and she told me because I order thru ubereats it was nothing they could do.

The turkey tips use to be good. Now they sell you 4 day old turkey tip. I couldn't believe how nasty the tips were. Never going back. Don't waste your time and money. Long wait for old food

Order a full stab & small turkey tip w/ hot bbg sauce which didn't have any spice to it. Turkey tip was dry & seems to be overcooked like stated in prior reviews. Food was ready quickly probably because it's already precooked ( food wasn't hot even I ordered at 11:20ish ) Did my tast test in the parking lot before driving off.

HORRIBLE customer service!! The owner's son (which is who he told me he was) was very disrespectful and condescending. The short version of my experience. - When I callled in to order, he stated that they only had enough turkey tips to do a "mini". I said how many does mini serve? he said Idk. I said fine give me what you got (how you gonna be in business and not know approx serving sizes). - I ordered small yams and he stated that it wasn't enough to fill a small (as I am looking at what was available) I said that's enough for me. He insisted it wasn't and I said give me what you have. As i watch him fill the container, It ended up being MORE. i then asked, was it enough? He never responded? (Poor customer service). - I placed a separate order as I awaited my original and specified for him to keep the orders separate for payment. He kept insisting that I pay them together. Then LIED (in my face) and said I wanted to pay together! I then told him you are not listening to me sir. He continued exchanging throwing out that his dad is the owner of the business. I stated IDK, I am the CUSTOMER that keeps you in business and you should learn business etiquette. - He then started dragging around with the order. Mind you, I was trying to just trying to feed out of town guest who had just arrived in town to some very unfortunate news to the family and to have an arrogant young black man with the demeanor he had is very unfortunate. I just hope the owner sends his customer facing employees through some type of etiquette training cause I came for food (by recommendation) and got a trifling trash business that feels their existence is enough regardless of how the customers are treated.
