Sometimes you stay in line 15 to 20 minutes. You gotta do better with your customers and you need to give our Senior Discounts to seniors also.

Parking: And they do have senior citizen parking for seniors.

Hit or miss on their drinks. Sometimes their on point. Sometimes there isn't enough ice in your slushy or they put too much syrup in it.

Fast food restaurants are supposed to change their frying grease about once every two weeks or so.
Today, the fries they gave me look like their grease hasn’t been changed in a month.
Also, the person in the drive through was far from friendly.

Two people working only. ..picked up Uber order thru drive thru as instructed by cashier over the stall intercom. The cashier was nice despite her short handedness! (I did wait a while before they answered my light.)

I don’t know why it’s so hard to read a DoorDash order to not notice a drink was added to the order and never received overall the food was good but cmon.

Horrible staff. They are lazy and rude. A girl named Makayla messed up my drink and had an attitude about remaking it and it still tasted awful. There are other bad experiences to add on.

They over cook everything corn dogs we rock hard could barley take a bite out of them chicken tenders &&’ fries we also so hard I called but they was no help

never been to sonic before. drove 40 minutes to try it. we parked at the drive in and pushed the red button. about 10 minutes went by and we pushed it again. another 10 minutes went by so we pushed it again. got out of the car and walked around to see if there was even anyone there. saw a man at the window and he made a motion at me that I thought meant go to the other door. I looked for another door and realized there was a drive through and he was telling me to use that. again, never been to sonic before, and didn't know. I thought it was just a drive in. at this point we'd been there almost 25 minutes. got back in the car and went to the drive through and immediately got somebody. the entire interaction took 30 minutes. at no point did anyone tell us the kiosks were closed or to go to the drive through, until i tried to find someone. and we were parked right outside a one sided window where I know someone had to see us sitting there. we drove 40 minutes for this, and it was an awful experience.

I love Sonic; however on this night they gave me tots that were overcooked and you could tell they were cooked in old grease. They were Lukewarm as well. The burger was messy. The strawberry shake and cherry limeade was good.
