This make absolutely no sense for a low volume location to take 15/20mins on a drink and breakfast sandwich- I was late for work due to the laziness and slowness after only having 2 cars in front of mine in the drive through. They have serious problem with staffing and seeing no Black workers when we have kids in the community that would love to be apart of Starbucks- crazy.

This use to be a great location but the staff has mastered polite interactions but can’t get a medicine ball tea prepared to your preference if you tipped the price of your tea! They will put your lid on so when you grab your hot drink it waste on you after experiencing this a few times I got the message they have a preference on who they serve. If you ask for honey they will Add peppermint or add almond milk intentional mistakes. Also not many African Americans working here but the one that’s there in the am She is abrasive and feels the need to make personal comments on your beverage preference for example if you ask for honey she’ll say you like your tea to sweet etc. Is this the new thing polite interactions and your purchased items will be where they put their negative energy. The micro aggression is at a high level. There is a great Starbucks in target near by if you want your purchased items prepared at your liking try this location.

Not sure what the rush was with baldy purple hair but she was very rude in the drive thru and rushed me from mt usuall tipping interactions 🤔 whilst there being no one behind me and 3 people inside.

I tried to order a grilled cheese and a cup of water. The guy on the speaker said they were out of grilled cheese. I said can I just have the water then? He kept saying “we can’t charge you for that.” So basically saying no because he did not want to give me a free cup of water. Starbucks has never said no to a free cup of water. Something is wrong with the workers at this location. I will not be back.
Clean and cozy Starbucks with friendly and polite staff. Orders are prepared quickly and efficiently. The dining area is usually not crowded, which makes it a comfortable spot to sit and relax. There is also a convenient drive-thru for those on the go.

I ordered 2 cold brew coffees with cold foam, 2 bagels with cream cheese and a cheese danish.
I went inside to pick up my mobile order, my danish was ready. After waiting no more than a minute, a lady asked for my name on the order. I told her, she said okay and I could tell she started working on my coffees. She handed them to me, as I was waiting on the bagels, I realized one of the cold foams were different than what it should of been. I let the worker know and she apologized and started working on a remake. She allowed me to keep the mess up, which was kind.
The bagels I think got mixed up in busy-ness but she made sure to bring it back to the attention of the guy who was working on that end. It was a decent amount of time for the bagels, coffees and re-make, probably around 10-15 minutes. I was in no hurry, but the lady apologized and handed me a recovery card for $8. I was very appreciative.
The workers definitely took a situation that could of been seen as an annoyance and instead turned it around into a good experience. I am one who knows how busy things are, but it’s nice to have the recognition when things aren’t going smooth.

I work nearby and visit this Starbucks several times a week. I occasionally use the drive-thru, but I don’t mind going inside because the staff is always so kind and accommodating. Patrick always remembers my name and makes me feel welcome every time. The employees consistently provide stellar customer service, showing they genuinely care and put in the effort.
