I ordered 1 Grande drink in store. Over 5 mins for them to start the order. 3 employees inside. I had to leave the drink behind for the bus. It has NEVER taken them that long before. Still disappointed and a little angry. This was a waste of my time and money today. They are too focused on the drive-thru. Normally, I am in and out in 5 mins or less. Shop had 2 or 3 customers inside. Update: I went back the next day, and the man inside remembered me. I got my drink ??

I normally don’t have the best experience with this particular Starbucks. I go he because it’s the closest to my house. HOWEVER! Today I had a much better experience. I order my normal Match Lemonade and was handed my drink while I waited for my food. As I took a sip I was disappointed because it wasn’t that good. I guess the expression was on my face because one of the staff members (not the one who was working the drive thru) looked at me and said “is it okay, you can tell us” and smiled. I said no and she took it back and made a new one and insisted that I try it before I pulled off.Shout out to her. I should have gotten her name. She had black curly hair, maybe Spanish, really pretty.You’re the real MVP of that location.

The manager, I didn’t catch her name, but she had locs and was lighter skinned, was very friendly. The location ran out of dragonfruit and she explained so graciously. My daughter said “mom, she was so kind” when we left this location. Very friendly. Thank you!
With only two people working on a busy Sunday at Starbucks, these two workers, a lady and a gentleman did a rockstar job. Thank you for making it fast and complete. I really do appreciate it.

Ok so I hate to give this Starbucks 2 stars but I had to today. Typically when I go to this particular location I have no problems. Service is always good for me. It was actually good today despite the other reviews. All I wanted was oatmeal. Of course I was asked if I wanted everything that came with the oatmeal and I said yes. Who doesn't want the bells and whistles that come with it right. When I got my food I drove off not thinking I needed to check my bag. I guess that was my fault for not double checking. Well I didn't have my shaved nuts or fruit. All I had was brown sugar. I was highly disappointed because I love their oatmeal. The nuts and fruit are the best part so I was salty I didn't have it.
