Being escorted out for “talking on the phone and making too much noise”? Yeah I’d buy that excuse if you didn’t have blaring slot machines. Call it how it is. You kicked out a customer for talking in Spanish. And you thought others would just sit and watch without saying a word? You’re a disgrace to all humanity. You reap what you sow. If you like your food served with a side of racism, this is the place for you. Yesterday I witnessed a woman getting kicked out for speaking Spanish on her phone !!! The police were called and all. Horrible service !!!!! I will not be coming back.

I just witnessed a lady get KICKED OUT for being on the phone and speaking in Spanish. The staff came off very rude and said a few racial slurs that was unnecessary. Shame on this place! DO NOT GO HERE. THE PLACE SUCKS ANYWAYS AND THE STAFF ALWAYS HAS A ATTITUDE! 0 STARS!

Went to try this place with my boyfriend and immediately got attitude from the lady at the front counter. She did not greet us and after we got our if’s checked went to sit down by the games and were told we had to play at separate machines. We ended up leaving because the lady was hovering and staring at us all the while which made us uncomfortable. We won’t be coming back.
Place nice serve was ok. The lady didn't say much not hello or good night.

they're usually busy whenever i try to redeem something, but they're also sometimes like you're the only 1 there. so that's cool.the place in my experience lends itself to play a little & go on to your errands, partly because there's a lot of natural light that comes in (privacy is maintained via a half wall basically) & it's next to a dollar tree & a bookstore & a best buy & a home depot, you catch my drift. basically the window walls letting in a lot of natural light is a thing that's common to the entire plaza. however, that might not be everyone's experience since that partial wall might actually be cozy sometimes, the weather is sometimes dark or stormy because it's chicagoland, and sometimes the fact they can be so busy can create a sense of now or never. however, because there's so many stores in the area you can pop in multiple times to find out whether they're available or not (although in my experience that's maybe worked 1 out of 10 times i've tried that.)also i never ate much there because i heard from others that there wasn't much available. however they usually have sodas, and peppermints. they might have coffee & or tea, but idk since i don't drink those. that's fine, especially since there's literally 3 restaurants when you exist the plaza (Burger King, Panda Express, & JC Georges)
