Inconsistent food, they don't answer the phone. If you use the app and they mess up your out of luck no refund no replacement nothing. It's not worth it. Save your money. I got the chicken royal and they refried and old chicken.

Jacob the “manager”, the most rudest and unprofessional manager ever!
At the drive through he answers with AHA and YEAH, instead of - Hello or Good morning! At the end when you respond with the same attitude to let him know how it feels, he decides not to serve you and threatens you!!

This BK should think to make changes at this location and please the customers! There most reviews are complains! If the manager Jacob treats customers like me he should never work at BK and never be a manager! He probably never worked in a hospitality industry and doesn’t understand what the customer service is!

Never going back and will tell everyone about him as long as he is there!

Once again, I order through the drive up and find that when I get home, I did not receive my full order. I am missing 1 of 2 Whoopers they charged me for.

So I called them several times at the phone # shown at the top of the receipt, and it appears to be disconnected or the line is dead. I wait 30 minutes and try again, finally their phone rings. I let it ring 30 times and nobody picks up my call!
Terrible customer service. I guess they are too busy selling more food and ignoring the customers they ripped-0
off, for lack of a better words.
So aggravating!!!
Maybe it’s time to try another burger place (several are in the area) and go online to complete their survey for corporate to be aware of this.

Great deals in the app, burgers taste like something you would get at a barbecue because they are flame grilled.
