It's a festive interior with TVs going or music playing. The service is always really good. You're made to feel welcomed and comfortable. The food is also really good, bfresh and well seasoned. I have always enjoyed what I ordered which is usually tacos or a torta ( Mexican sandwich of sorts ) I would definitely recommend it and plan on going back.

Great place to have lunch.
My wife ordered a CHILAQUILES VERDES with eggs, and they were delicious. They were not that spicy but were so tasteful.
I ordered POZOLE, and the plate was huge. Flavor was good, not the best, but it was good. Lots of meet on it, but not many corn witch it makes pozole.
Cocktails are delicious. She ordered a mezcal, and just perfect.
We are definitely coming back soon.

All the way from Wisconsin my family and I were visiting near the neighborhood. We came across Cocula as a quick stop before heading to our long drive home. We were all satisfied specially with the BIG portions. The salsa and chips delicious. The service from our waitress super welcoming and friendly. Our first time and hopefully drive back soon.

Plenty of parking in the back entrance. Nice tables, booths. No stairs. Great for larger parties.

Quesabirria here is garbage. Go next door to casita cocula for quesabirria if that's what you want.

If you had have siete mares on the menu, you must bring the tools to break the crab, smh.
