Just picked up a Togo order and I was missing 2 ranch dressings. The salad has brown lettuce and I was told it’s my fault I didn’t get lettuce,tomato,onion etc on cheeseburgers. The manager Lexi was not helpful at all and told me to bring the salad back so she could see I wasn’t lying about the lettuce being brown. But she did believe me about missing the ranch. Very disappointed in the level of customer service given and unwillingness to fix an order. I didn’t have time to drive back 25 minutes to show them a brown salad they should have never given in the first place. Will definitely not be returning!
The restaurant wasn’t crowded, but it took an eternity to receive our food. Three tables after us had their meals before us, and my wife’s salad never came out. At this point, we decided to cancel the order. When we requested the bill, they didn’t even offer to compensate us or apologize for the inconvenience.

Wings were as good as always. Fries were super dry, hard. Seemed like they were just heated up so many times. Kyla who worked the front had low energy and seemed disinterested in her work. She also showed a bit of attitude and had no consideration of where to seat guests. It could be a late shift or her job, but it's best to keep it less noticeable.

This is why hooters is going out of business across the U.S. the do not disclose their charges and it bad enough their bad service to the point they are so arrogant. Not only they charge for dressing for wings but they charge for a F&B service charge. This location should be band! It would be more respectable to add it onto their pricing. I don’t like crooks that manipulate the pricing structure without disclosure.

Disappointing Experience at Hooters – Ant Infestation and Unhelpful Manager My recent visit to Hooters was extremely disappointing due to an ant infestation and the manager's, Stacey Velasquez's, unaccommodating response. While my group and I were eating, numerous ants began swarming our table and the adjacent wall. We quickly had to move our food to prevent it from being contaminated. It wasn't just one or two ants; there were several, which is completely unacceptable for an indoor dining area. We informed our waitress, who seemed inexperienced, and asked to speak with the manager. When we explained the situation to Stacey Velasquez, she didn't seem surprised. She casually mentioned that they were having trouble keeping ants out due to the humidity and heat, and offered us another table. This left us wondering why the restaurant was even open for dine-in if they had a known pest problem, or why we weren't informed before being seated. Given the bug issue, we no longer felt comfortable finishing our meal and decided to take our food to go. We expected some form of accommodation, but Stacey said the best she could do was move our seats. She then stated that because we hadn't purchased drinks or appetizers, she couldn't do anything further for us. She claimed that our decision to take the food to go was "our choice," despite us explaining that we lost our appetite and had to move our food to protect it from the ants. I've never encountered a restaurant with such a significant bug problem, especially one where the manager blames the customer for losing their appetite and uses the lack of drink or appetizer purchases as a reason not to accommodate them. We spent $100, and while I understand unforeseen issues can arise, we certainly didn't expect to deal with an ant invasion and such poor customer service. Due to this encounter, I will not be returning to Hooters anytime soon.
