I didn’t think it was possible for there to be a fast food restaurant worse than McDonalds but eating at Jack in the Box tonight proved me so utterly wrong. If you’ve got time to sit around in an ice box and like grease with a side of food then this sorry excuse for fast food is right up your alley. I’d like to say the pros outweigh the cons but I genuinely can’t think of one nice thing to say about this place. With the heat being off it felt like Jack Frost himself was sitting beside me but I don’t even think he would touch the crumb filled tables and benches. I waited over 20 minuets for 2 burgers and sides after ordering at the kiosk because the only cashier I saw when I walked in moved from behind the counter to one of the booths to sip his ice less soda. The burgers were given to me without any option to customize, dry (in other words not fresh), cold, and with swiss cheese rather than american due to it being out? But I wouldn’t know because I guess communication is just another thing they lack when it comes to customer service. I had to ask for my drink but I would have been better off without it since the soda machine was leaking, dirty, and had no ice and forget it if you accidentally spill or need something to mop up the oil seeping from your food because sitting right next to the soda machine was the empty napkin dispenser. If all of this wasn’t bad enough, I’m appalled to know that this place JUST opened. You’ve got talent if you can tank a restaurant just months after opening it. This was my first and only time trying this place. In fact, I regret even allowing the thought alone of Jack in the Box to form in my head - it’s just an insult to even say this place is mediocre at best.

I wish I knew this Jack in the Box was rated 2.7 before I experienced them tonight. Food was greasy and salty, made my lips and tongue tingle. How you do run out of American cheese? I was excited to try this brand name but it was straight trash, hopefully if I ever visit In-N-Out Burger, that brand name doesn't disappoint me like this one.
In my opinion, this place is over rated. The milk shake machine was out of service & only Swiss cheese was available. My food was too salty & too greasy. Definitely won’t be going back.

Tried my hardest to give Jack in the box a 5 star review. The highschooler staff needs to be retrained. Staff standing around. Received my food in a bag to go when it was for here. I had to ask for our drink cups. They should be on point. Asked for bbq and ranch and it was not given. Had to hunt staff for sauce. The brand new soda machine is already malfunctioning and won’t stop pouring soda… I got coke on my right hand. No ice out of the machine too…. The restaurant was super cold… over heard the heat is not working. Come on guys this building is brand new… no gremlins meal as well… once food was brought to table the meal was cold. Ya need to retrain staff and management… even chick-fil-a gives better customer service on sundays…

Just drove all the way from Downers Grove for them to tell me they close at 10 PM but it says they close at midnight thanks a lot. You should see the line of people here trying to order food makes no sense./ ok two weeks have past giving them a second chance walk in guess what no heat freezing in here wanted to dine in but I guess if I don’t wanna catch hypothermia, I will take it to go. I hope the food is worth it to be continued.just ate nothing special
Not sure about the food - we haven’t gotten it yet. I’m waiting in the restaurant and switches to taking it to go; the heat is not on and it is freezing!!! Don’t plan to eat here - it’s way too cold.

This should be shut down. These staff members have no idea what they're doing. They need to be shut down, retrained, and then redeployed. This is a waste of customers' time.

Alot of confusion with the staff trying to handle the register. Customers seemed to be confused. They didn't know how to order making things more complicated. They also forgot my wife's fries

So Here I am again, 10:25 pm giving them another chance after more than a month, and they still cant get their stuff together. People inside but they decided to close the drive thru even though it says that they close at midnight, no explanation just no service. Honestly I waited all this time because my hopes were high but im not coming back. .......*(Third night coming in at 11:20 pm since they supposed to close at midnight. Third night they've decided to close early and just not give service. This is not the way you want to run a business, I understand things can happen on an opening month, but you guys need to s9lve things as they happen and be better the very next day. This is what customers expect from any local businesses. Hope you guys get better and wish once you get things fixed, you have a tons of success.)
Cars backed up in drive thru. Almost 15 min and was the 3rd car. Just got a cheeseburger. Was going to drive off and should have. Burger was cold. Not going back. Sorry I veered off McDonald's and bugger king

Service was slow. Food wasn't great either. The cheeseburger meat was overcooked. First and last time I come here.

This is the 2nd time I came to this location. The first time was the 1st week of opening and the service and wait time was more than 1hr. Today after 4 months I waited 40 minutes on the drive thru. I would it though that they got better, but I'm surprised and disappointed. Never again, worse service and the food is not that good.
