So this wasy first time going to jack in the box and just to say it didn't make a good impression. To start it off the floor, tables and the little section where you can serve fountain drinks was pretty dirty. Me and my dad went to try it and when we walked in we noticed how dirty it was. Then after waiting for 20 minutes we go to the counter to get my matcha (it was not good I do not recommend) and we get a glimpse of the kitchen it was also very dirty. The food was pretty good just that the salad I got had raw chicken and lettuce leaves going bad. The staff notuch to say but they worked pretty slow as well. We came when there wasn't even that many people too so I was kinda like damn that's disappointing.😔

Great prices for fast food. The kids love it. The inside is super clean and the staff is friendly. The drive through can take a while sometimes. We waited for 20 minutes with only two cars in front of us on our trip here a few weeks ago but it was late on a Sunday and we assumed maybe they had some call offs and were under staffed. It happens sometimes and it’s been better before and since then so we keep going back!

This place is an absolute goat rodeo! Stopped there about two months back. Maybe 7 or 8 cars in the drive thru. Went in to order and found no staff at the counter so I placed my order via kiosk. About 5-6 people ahead of me and it took a legit 35 minutes to get my order. The whole time the others and I were chatting and then one of the employees heard something we were discussing. After that you could hear her complaining to no end and cussing about how rude we all were and that we can sit there and wait til they're ready to make our food. Just completely rude and uncalled for. Food was horrible, service was abysmal, and I swore I'd never return to this location. Don't even think I finished my order which was completly wrong and tasted like something I scrapped off the road plus I never got my drink that I ordered. Never been to a fast food joint this horrible.

Placed order on the app. They said it would be ready at 7:19. Arrived and the they were closed. They took my credit card information! I have to see if they charged. Employees said they are understaffed I need to know if I need a lawyer to get my money back. Now have to figure out dinner that I ordered a long time ago.
