Thanks for giving me a garbage tuna sandwich today instead the chicken bacon ranch I ordered, was called out and handed to me today. People out there have allergies, dietary restrictions and GI problems with certain foods. You nees to take food safety more seriously.

Listen to the bad reviews, asked for a plain turkey sandwich they added everything on there, shop was empty so they couldn’t have mistaken my order they just didn’t care.

Its been awhile since we've attempted this location. The service was okay. Greeted instantly before even entering. The young crew were kinda pushy. The cashier was drinking constantly out of a stainless steel bottle. Not a great way to represent the company. The quality of the subs was pretty bad. The ingredients lacked. The skimp on toppings. Just overall rude
I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John's, asking for turkey, avocado, and wheat bread. Instead, I got ham, no avocado, and white bread. The ingredients were fresh, but the mix-up was frustrating. Attention to detail was lacking. I expect better accuracy next time.

Yeah. They are fast in making your sandwich. Very courteous. Fully staffed. Presentation was very good.

Food is great, service is outstanding, fun atmosphere, and I would just like to think Danny, the other young man and the young lady working behind the counter for their generosity. (I’m sorry I didn’t catch there name but the quality of customer service was outstanding) Their service rendered was amazing thank you Danny and the crew you helped me.

They have bad management. Rude girl with pink or purple hair. Everytime I order #12 they never put enough avocado which I'm paying for. You can keep scrapping that container all you want, but you won't get enough to complete that sandwich. The container was empty but he's still scraping it. That's tight, I'm watching how they make my sandwich.When you bring it to their attention, the response from purple hair chick. "We are getting more" with attitude. You can wait for your sandwich over there." "The manager says "we can charge you for extra." Listen, I've already paid $25, for that sandwich, it better have more avocado!! You know what, keep your stinking sandwich. Give me my money back!! I'm done spending my money at this place. I'll reach out to Eric whose the morning manager. I hope you find better help. I'm better off getting tacos!!
