This is a SELF serve restaurant, if you want to call it that. You go in, order and get your plates, utensils and seat yourself with your drinks, no help from staff then for your number to be called. The atmosphere is kiddie games, TV with sports and music playing. The food is good but overly priced.

The gluten free pizza was good. I'm not celiac,it didn't cause any tummy issues for me.However if you are sensitive to bright lights and noises I would be careful that's all.

My family used to take me to Ledo's after baseball games back in the early 90's. Back then Ledo's supported my baseball team and we always enjoyed going there for the pizza. I used to play space invaders and pacman. Fast forward 30 years I was able to take my family there after the zoo. Has not really changed in over 30 years but that it was makes all the fullfulling memories come back. My family enjoyed it very much.

I ordered a few times from them. This past Saturday had the worse lasagna ever. Made me sick and went in to tell the manager and she did nothing about it. Pretty sad that a customer can get sick from your food and you don't even either offer a refund or credit way to stand behind your food. Will never ever order from them again and won't recommend it to anyone!

We had a horrible experience this evening with our take out order. We placed an order for three small pizzas and a cheese ravioli dish. An hour and half later, we got a call from Ledo's saying that they were out of cheese ravioli and would meat ravioli be ok? We were expecting the order to be delivered at that time, not just being started. The staff that we spoke to were not at all concerned with how long our order was talking. Very poor customer service. When our order finally showed up after a two and half hour wait - the three small pizzas were petrified and old. It was apparent that our pizzas had been cooked hours ago and had been sitting for a long time. We had really enjoyed their take out food in the past, Sadly, we never be ordering from this establishment again.

Very disappointed. Was told it was the best pizza ever. It was not. There was almost no sauce on pizza except for near crust. Will not go back
