My family and I came in this afternoon and stood at the counter for a few minutes while the cashier was on her phone. The place was basically empty, so it was kind of weird just standing there waiting to order without being acknowledged. When she finally helped us she didn’t even say sorry for the wait and just started taking the order like it was normal. The food was actually good, but the customer service at the counter definitely could’ve been better. Hopefully management looks into it.

This place just gets worse every time I come here thinking they would change. Overpriced and unsanitary and overcooked foods and expired amenities. Where is Eco share shut this place down. If could put 0/5 I would. Never again

I went here Saturday drive-through at 7:09pm 2-7-2026 with a family. there was no one behind us and a lady who took our order was rushing us. we told her many time to hold on because we still thinking what we going to order but she was getting on our nerve and the way she take our order was so rudely I mean what’s the rush for when there not even busy? There no cars behind us. we even end up waiting 10 to 15min with our order while there was someone waiting for there order in front of us. so what’s the point rushing us to take our order. I’ll never want to come to place again very rude.

Prices are different here then other locations. Higher for a meal .... not.worth 2 hotdogs for 15 bucks...proof other locations are cheaper. I even was charged for everything seperate ... manager doesnt know how to ring in meal deal maybe idk

This is the last time I will eat at Lucky Dog. They don’t take your medical issues seriously. I asked for bread, any bread without seeds, and they told me they had some. I took them at their word. Half way through the sandwich I noticed the crust was filled with sesame seeds. How hard is it to get No Seeds right? I don’t need to end up in the hospital over a grilled cheese.
I’ve never ever been to a Lucky Dog and been so disappointed on the food service and staff like I have at this location… I’ll be sticking to the other 3 locations from now on!!!! I whole heartedly do not recommend coming to this location!!!!

The gyro was very disappointing. Dry, sliced too thin. Seems like it was sliced earlier that day then reheated and dry and burnt. The fries were also burnt and cooked earlier that day. Very dry and moist but burnt crunchy. Like it was reheated in the microwave after it was fried twice already. There is no passion in the cook or they don't know how to cook. It may seem harsh. But if you had gotten served what I got you'd be very upset and disappointed... I even tipped the cashier not knowing the poor quality of food that they were about too serve to me. But I do give her credit for a good customer service experience. In conclusion. I give it a 1 out of 10 stars. I'd rather eat spam.. I hope they realize the poor quality of the cook and the food. I hope they step it up and correct it.
