I’ve visited this location twice after 8:00 pm, when there were still almost two hours left before closing, and both times I was told that the Sesame Shrimp and Beef was “discontinued.” What doesn’t make sense is that the item is still clearly advertised on the signs and on the in-store screens. If this location no longer carries it or simply doesn’t want to prepare it later in the evening, they should remove the advertising or explain it honestly, instead of saying it’s discontinued. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. It’s frustrating for customers who can only stop by at that time and expect clear information and better customer service

The team seems chaotic at times and tend to forget about orders that have been waiting for a while. I understand being busy and overwhelmed, but at least acknowledge the person waiting or offer a cup of water at least.
