The team seems chaotic at times and tend to forget about orders that have been waiting for a while. I understand being busy and overwhelmed, but at least acknowledge the person waiting or offer a cup of water at least.

I go to this Panda Express frequently as I think the food is good and the service is very prompt. Today I went about 1:30 PM and I decided to use the drive-through which is the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I got into the drive-through about 1:30 PM and I pull up to the window at 2:03 PM. In my opinion, drive-through are notoriously slow, but this one was, outrageously slow. Whenever I go inside, I’m generally in and out within 10 minutes. I suggest to people to not use...
