Aweful customer service. If there was an option for 0 stars, i would select that. Yesterday morning 12/7 we went to buy a concha, another sugary bread and their chocolaty drink. After waiting several minutes the cashier finally came out from the back. She looked extremely bothered and charged us without verifying if we were done ordering. We asked for tamales and she walked away to the back again and brought us 2 tamales. Charged us we paid and we walked out. Checked in the bag to find No napkins and 2 COLD tamales! Concha was OK. I will NEVER return nor will i recommend this place!

Bread is fresh not like the ones that are sold at Tony's. The bread is always on point but the cookies always have a weird taste to me. And for that it gets 4 points but other than that is all good. Even the prices are very reasonable

Disappointed, so I went in on Sunday and while all the bread looked delicious it was the cashier's attitude that I base this review on. We bought fragile cookies and a slice of cake and she wanted to put all the fragile cookies on the bottom of the bag and heavier muffin on top. Then a slice of cake with frosting she wanted to put other bread on top. When I said something she answered that It would be ok...but guess what I don't want my cake smashed of my cookies broken. The other younger lady took over and did as I asked. Next time I can just take my business elsewhere.

Went here for the first time to place an order for a unicorn birthday cake. Came here upon a recommendation from someone who goes there; now they wont be returning either. I chose a cake from their binder of cakes they have made before and chose the unicorn 2 tiered cake. The cashier lady who was there noted down the cake flavors and filling and the cake would be the same as the picture with exception to the eyes and inner ear color change request I made. I left a $40 dollar down deposit and agreed to pay the rest upon pick up. I went in to pick up the cake Sunday 9/8 and I could see the cake in the fridge as I walked through the door and right away noticed from afar there was an ear missing. I said I was there to pick up my cake and it was brought out and placed in a box and they literally pretended like they didn't notice the ear!! I brought it to their attention and they were just like "oh!" I couldn't believe they would just let someone walk out like that. I also brought to their attention that the "hair" looked really horrible that it looked like my son did it and that it was suppose to have some flowers not big swirls of whipped cream. They attempted to contact the Baker and there was no success. So their boss was contacted and the cashiers were informed to tell me the only thing they can do was give me $10 dollars off!! It wasn't even about the money but the fact that they obviously do not care about cake presentation and that they would want their cake to walk out the door looking the way it did. I left my name and number for them to call me about the issue and I also did not pay the rest of the balance on the cake. I have yet to hear from them. I would not recommend anyone else go there if this is the type of service they pride themselves on. I have attached the photos of what I ordered and what I received so that people can see why I was so upset with their service. And I can't be so adamant that they really did NOT care!

They have a nice selection of different types of breads from conchas to bolillos. There is something for everyone. The also have a different variety of cookies and cakes and also hot fresh coffee. Everything was marked at a decent price. All the conchas and bolillos I got were very soft and delicious and the cookies were just right. I will definitely be coming back here to crave my sugar cravings.

Only local place I know where you can get authentic Mexican bread.

All the way from my location in Indiana...I found a two tier farm themed cake that I really liked for my son’s birthday and Pueblo was the only bakery that was willing to patiently work with me and offer a great price! They gave me a free sample to try even before I ordered. They used fresh ingredients for it all. The cake was delicious! Their kitchen is clean and spotless. Even though we live far, I plan on using Pueblo for my next events!

How exciting to find this hidden gem in the neighborhood. No more Pete's or Costco treats for events at work. Instead, PUEBLA! Everything prepared with attention to detail... You get a stainless tray and a set of tongs then shop! There are also Tres Leches cake and flan...
