I travel a lot. I do go to Starbucks. I DO NOT have any issues with my order at other locations. I always go in the store and I order a Vente Vanilla Cappuccino, light foam. The Countryside Il. Location is the worst customer service. Today, 5-31-2025 at 10:15am or so. I walked in, waited in line and gave the cashier my order. She told me I wanted a Latte. I said, No I want a vente vanilla cappuccino with light foam. She informed me a cappuccino is all foam. With two shots. I repeated my order. She shook her head, took my money. Gave me my change in an aggressive manner.
My drink came, I took it to my car and it was awful!!!!! I read the sticker. Vent cappuccino 5 vanilla syrup light foam. Too much syrup (3 is usual) I previously did not have a problem with this location but it has new people, not kind.
Asked for a caramel ribbon crunch frappe. Aiden made me a frappe with no crunch. When my husband asked him to add it, he offered to just make a new one. We said sure, thanks… and he disappeared into the back room for 16 minutes lol.
We then asked someone else about our drink, and they made what was essentially just a cup full of caramel syrup the second time. so so SO gross.
Oh, and took forever.
I am very disappointed! The cashier was extremely rude, she had the worst attitude. When she made our drinks I seen their was no crunch topping on my caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino I kindly asked her if they ran out, she literally grabbed my frappuccino and just threw the crunch topping on and slid my drink to me. I never seen such horrible customer service, I honestly love this location I drive 30 minutes from my house to come here.
They really need to learn how to make the lavender matcha.I l really loved how they make it at other stores but this one was horrible.
Decent service. I asked the lady that handed my drink, if I could please get a cup holder. She turns around, grabs a cup holders and basically just threw it at me. Said nothing and went on. I ordered an Iced Lavender matcha. Got home and the foam had risen down. That’s fine. I understand it wasn’t gonna stay foamy forever, but my issue is that, half of the cup was beverage and the rest was foam? And to top it off the foam wasn’t even purple, as advertised? 😂 and no I didn’t say anything about it. it was way too busy, I didn’t want to be THAT one customer during rush hour. Mind you. nora makes me feel very uncomfortable i always go here on my break and she always has an attitude no matter if i go inside or go through the drive thru no hi back no thanks no your welcomes and i don’t expect no one to get on their knees for me but it has happened everytime it’s her working feeling like it might just be towards me for some reason very rude very unprofessional very uncomfortable when i hand my money i just get attitude she hands me my drink she will always just slam the window no word no nothing also when i go inside or drive thru she always seems like she is rushing me the only words i might get out of her is what else or what but in a very rudely manner and im not a rude person whatsoever i always try to be nice but i do not like being treated like this when i am a everyday customer with a very easy order and i always go when its not crowded if it was crowded i would be able to see the attitude but it never is. and ive been meaning to write this review for a good two months ive gave it plenty of times i get ppl go through some things in life but it seems like that is not it. everyone else is friendly though. Update: nice how u guys don’t wanna reply shows how good of customer service u guys have at this location. her name is actually moira after looking at her name tag a little better. still always has an attitude got even worse i think. this place is pathetic. Moira is gonna be the reason i stop going through/coming in. yall need to fire her cause this is very unacceptable coming from someone in buisness. and moira if ur reading this and u got animosity towards me clearly u do just say it how it is no need to be scary. and i’ll keep adding on to this review until i get some answers or when i stop coming through! terrible! go to any other location
I finally had a chance to visit this location and the customer service was very good!
They are very unprofessional, the employee redeemed my stars and charge the total amount. Now I have no star. Thank you for being a professional scammer.
Ordered a triple white mocha. Looks and tastes like straight milk. Unfortunately Starbucks is pretty consistent at having inconsistent drinks. No 2 drinks can ever taste the same with them.

I stopped in at 9:55 to grab a drink says they close at 10 but the place was locked up no body came to door like would it kill you to honor your hours
No sign on the door that they closed early
Manager is to blame a good manager would ensure there is staff to man the hours posted at the store

Slowest workers out of any Starbucks I EVER visited
The coffee and matcha always taste terrible. For the coffee, I can't even taste the coffee & milk and for the matcha, can't even taste the matcha & milk. I don't know why. This is my 4th time here, I always asked for light ice, but in this location, they will still put in tons of ice in your drink. Never again. I don't pay more than $5 for my drink to just taste like water.
Amazing employees, and great coffee! Loved the atmosphere of this place. 10/10 would come again.
