The lead Aden was very unprofessional 1/25/26@10am I called back to the store to express my concerns about the bathroom being very nasty that young man had the worst attitude to be working with the public and also to be a shift lead I will also be expressing my concern with corporate office

My daily drink is 4 shots of espresso with 4 pumps of white mocha. At all the Starbucks stores I’ve been to, the baristas always stir the espresso and mocha together first, then add ice. However, at this location, the staff do not stir it at all. Since white mocha is very thick, when I shake the cup, the coffee splashes out and the drink is not mixed properly.
I have given feedback several times, but the employees do not listen and even argue back. This is very impolite and reflects a poor attitude.

They wouldn’t serve me because I had my dog with me .. I tried to use the drive trough yesterday they served me while I was walking my dog today they wouldn’t

Elizabeth the barista is the best! She’s so personable and gives the most amazing service to me every time I see her! I’m not a regular at many establishments, but makes my experiences so great :)

I asked for Light Ice on my drink because I am sick and i am avoiding ice cold drinks as i don’t want to worsen my state of health but was craving a refresher. When i saw the amount of ice i got i got annoyed. You’re telling me this is light ice? I don’t understand why ordering light ice is such an issue with Starbucks, no one is trying to “scam” them or get more liquid if anything Starbucks is scamming their customers with their drinks being full of ice. Baristas need to do their job and mind their own business since they don’t know what a customer is ordering light ice for. Disgusting.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from. My go to order is an iced matcha w strawberry cold foam. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times the drink is pure milk to the point where the color of the drink is white / gray. Very frustrated. Below are photos of my matcha from here vs from other locations. I will not order from here again.

It felt cold. There were only women working and it felt like they didn't want to be there. What happened to the warm and cozy feel that like the one Schaumburg offers?..Even the decor felt hard and airport esque. What saves Starbucks is the espresso. Always 100%!

I typically get a dopio (double shot espresso) - the food (sandwiches and desserts) are microwaved but good and service slow but the staff are kept busy by the seemingly endless flow of customers both in shop and in drive-thru

What a rip-off now. Ordered a venti, and it was filled to the top with ice. So deceiving. I just noticed this only happens at this location! Please stop cheating your paying customers.
