Featured Blonde Roast

In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

It felt cold. There were only women working and it felt like they didn't want to be there. What happened to the warm and cozy feel that like the one Schaumburg offers?..Even the decor felt hard and airport esque. What saves Starbucks is the espresso. Always 100%!

I typically get a dopio (double shot espresso) - the food (sandwiches and desserts) are microwaved but good and service slow but the staff are kept busy by the seemingly endless flow of customers both in shop and in drive-thru

I travel a lot. I do go to Starbucks. I DO NOT have any issues with my order at other locations. I always go in the store and I order a Vente Vanilla Cappuccino, light foam. The Countryside Il. Location is the worst customer service. Today, 5-31-2025 at 10:15am or so. I walked in, waited in line and gave the cashier my order. She told me I wanted a Latte. I said, No I want a vente vanilla cappuccino with light foam. She informed me a cappuccino is all foam. With two shots. I repeated...
