If I could give zero stars I will. I usually stop here once every 2-3 weeks. My daughter loves Taco Bell and usually requests this on the way to practice. Never had any issues with this location honestly I don’t even know what the issue was today. Every time I stop here I do the same thing I go through the drive thru park in the parking lot eat throw out the trash and use the restroom. I’m always in a sort of hurry so I prefer to eat in the car than to take out all the kids and eat inside. Well today I did the same exact thing except my daughter really had to use the restroom before she ate. She tossed out a small McDonald’s garbage bag with an empty fry container and two Apple pie boxes. She comes out and everything is fine. I go in and throw away a half empty (frozen) McDonald’s cup and then proceed to use the restroom. On my way out the manager stops me and tells me I’m not allowed to throw away garbage in their cans that’s not from Taco Bell. My response was I didn’t know what the issue was it’s garbage and there was no trash cans outside. Plus I am a paying customer who purchased food. She proceeded to repeat the same thing and as confused as I was I just walked out. I mean it’s garbage I didn’t see what the issue was it’s garbage and I am a paying customer I spent $20.74. So anyway fast forward we finish eating our Taco Bell and I send my daughter to throw away the trash. This is where it gets weird, both the manager and drive thru employee follow my daughter until she exits the building and proceeded to take photos of her, my vehicle/plate and called the cops on us. They’re pointing directly at us and taking photos and my daughter mentioned they were saying stuff about us. Honestly felt harassed by their employees I don’t think we did anything wrong I don’t think it’s a crime/against the law to sit in the car and eat with my children and throw away the trash. Please if you like to sit in the car with your children and eat this isn’t the place to do it. They will harass you and call the cops on you. Never had a bad experience anywhere I go. I do this often since it’s easier then getting off with multiple children.

Had a very lovely experience a today. The girl at the drive thru was so nice and and made sure everything was in the bag. I didn't know her name but she had black hair in pigtail braids. Keep up the good work girl!

Went through the drive-through and ordered the 3 dorito Loco tacos meal the worker had asked if we wanted supreme and everything, but when I get home I'm missing a whole taco and they aren't dorito and one isn't supreme. My family tends to be very particular and now I can't really go back today so they won't be eating what they wanted. I tried calling and no answer. I'm gonna call again soon and I will update this depending on the result.

Got my order totally wrong, wanted regular soft taco they gave me tacos with freezer temp tomatoes (supreme tacos). Plus I reconfirmed my order at the drive thru window. Don't bother trying to get anyone on the phone to correct it either. There are plenty of better Mexican restaurants in the nearby burbs for the same price.
Bar none this location is a mess. I ordered a 12 pack half hard shell half soft shell, they gave me half hard shell half supreme. I got to the window told them I wanted just soft shell, no supreme, no sour cream, or anything else. I found out when I got home (it 930pm. That they still charged me for supreme and gave me tomatoes (no sour cream) on the tacos. I called the location multiple times but NO one answered! I made sure I emailed corporate and will follow up with them since the manager doesn't want to answer the phone. $35 for cr*p I cannot eat. Go elsewhere people.

I eat an embarrassing amount of taco bell and travel for work. This taco bell at midnight on a Wednesday was some of the best I've had in a long time. Fast friendly and the food was great. Karen is the name on the receipt. Thank you guys!
