Had a very lovely experience a today. The girl at the drive thru was so nice and and made sure everything was in the bag. I didn't know her name but she had black hair in pigtail braids. Keep up the good work girl!

Third party delivery drivers beware, they will skip your order and make you wait while the make all the drive thru and walk in orders first, even when they came in after you

Went through the drive-through and ordered the 3 dorito Loco tacos meal the worker had asked if we wanted supreme and everything, but when I get home I'm missing a whole taco and they aren't dorito and one isn't supreme. My family tends to be very particular and now I can't really go back today so they won't be eating what they wanted. I tried calling and no answer. I'm gonna call again soon and I will update this depending on the result.

Got my order totally wrong, wanted regular soft taco they gave me tacos with freezer temp tomatoes (supreme tacos). Plus I reconfirmed my order at the drive thru window. Don't bother trying to get anyone on the phone to correct it either. There are plenty of better Mexican restaurants in the nearby burbs for the same price.

Bar none this location is a mess. I ordered a 12 pack half hard shell half soft shell, they gave me half hard shell half supreme. I got to the window told them I wanted just soft shell, no supreme, no sour cream, or anything else. I found out when I got home (it 930pm. That they still charged me for supreme and gave me tomatoes (no sour cream) on the tacos. I called the location multiple times but NO one answered! I made sure I emailed corporate and will follow up with them since the manager doesn't want to answer the phone. $35 for cr*p I cannot eat. Go elsewhere people.

I eat an embarrassing amount of taco bell and travel for work. This taco bell at midnight on a Wednesday was some of the best I've had in a long time. Fast friendly and the food was great. Karen is the name on the receipt. Thank you guys!

This location has the worse customer service!. Since the very start when my husband and I came in the Hispanic short dark skinned girl seen us and ignored us nobody was there and no cars were in the drive thru!! She did not bother to come and take our order or even greet as a customer! Got the food but forgot our drinks. She did not give us no cups for our drinks and when we asked for them she gave an attitude asking the size like do they not look at the receipts when getting the order ready? So now is our fault? Unbelievable! When we were done eating our food I went to the counter All I needed was a paper bag and even for that the short Hispanic girl and her Hispanic boyfriend ignored me after seeing me by the counter mind you I made eye contact with both of them and they turned away acting like we didn’t just make eye contact. I then started waving at them. The both of them were in the back together BOTH saw me but still ignored me. No customer service skills like “I’ll be right with you” or give me a second NOTHING! I had to grab my own paper bag and all the girl did was just LAUGH!! A white couple came in she then almost ran to the counter it be your OWN PEOPLE! POR ESO LA RAZA NO SALE ADELANTE!!! And that’s what I told the girl before I left and what did she do STICK THE MIDDLE FINGER AT ME infront of the couple trying to order their food she kept arguing with me saying she didn’t care so i told her to do it again for the camera but ofc she didn’t my husband went to ask her for her name and tell her how rude she was and her boyfriend came to the front acting like he was trying to throw himself at my husband and punch him saying not to talk to her like that and that he is the B word and continues to say if you hit me you going to jail like if he didn’t just threaten to hit my husband yet they were the ones trying to call the cops?! We told them to call the cops!! He kept calling him the B word. It took all that for everyone that was actually in the back to come to the front I guess they were not short staffed to begin with and just decided to ignore us instead! There was no manger on the floor to report these young rude kids this occurred at 6:30 PM today Wednesday 3/18/25 There should be atleast one manager babysitting these kids! This girl needs to be fired laughing sticking the middle finger she’s a disrespectful person that shouldn’t be working there! If they are so busy then close the dinning area! There should be atleast one person in the front register if there are people present and not just left unattended. Called the store to speak to a manager and the manager Karen said she was just coming in at 7:40pm and WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE SITUATION and was just a part time manager! She said she couldn’t do anything about it! So much for being the “ Manager “ will be calling corporate to report them she did not want to give names but will make sure to bring up the day and time of shift so the cameras can be looked at because this was the worst experience ever! I am glad I have her face on video arguing infront of the customers.
