I wish I wouldâve gotten our serverâs name because this is the second time weâve ended up in her section, and both times the service has been disappointing. She was an older white lady with blonde hair in a bun and glasses, just so management knows who Iâm referring to.
From the moment she greeted us, her attitude felt off â same as the last time we had her. She kept cutting me off while I was ordering and still brought the wrong drink, and I didnât even bother correcting it.
I also ordered a margarita. She checked my ID, which was fine. But when my husband (also in his 30s) took a sip, she came stomping over, huffing, clearly upset that we were sharing a drink, and demanded to see his ID immediately. We understand the rules, but thereâs a way to handle it professionally and that definitely wasnât it.
The food was good, but the service completely took away from the experience. If we return, I will make sure weâre not seated in her section again.

I come to this Texas Roadhouse quite often and this is the best service I have received. Armando was funny, kind and attentive he should be in charge of training so the service is always this excellent.

The countryside Texas road house is our go to favorite. The service is always friendly and fast. We are never rushed. The food is fabulous for the money Steaks are always tender and cooked perfect. I love the baked potato and salad for my sides. Management is attentive and sincere.

I attempted to call to make a reservation for 9 people and they said they were not able to accommodate a big party like that, the most they could accommodate would be 6-7 people.That for a party that big they would have to be split into two different booths and likely at different times. Not sure whatâs the purpose of going with a big party and not eating together. Itâs ridiculous that a restaurant canât accommodate big parties.
