What a pleasant experience we had tonight! From the young lady who checked us in, to our server Daniel H( who was funny and top notch), to the bussers, one employee was more pleasant than the other. The management does a great job stressing customer service… and our steaks were awesome! Keep up the good work!!!!

This has been by far the dirtiest Texas Roadhouse. The bathroom was disgusting, the stalls broken. The men’s bathroom was urine everywhere. Just a quick glance at the kitchen and there was so much garbage on the ground. The waiter rolled his eyes and we asked what salad dressing they had. Seriously, get the management and owner on board, it’s definitely dirty!!!!!

Came here with my mother today, Saturday, 8/9/25. This was our first time eating at Texas Roadhouse. Choose the Countryside, IL location because it was the closest. Arrived about 5 minutes after the restaurant opened so there was no wait for a table. We received a warm welcome when we walked in. Our server, Kevin, was great! He was very attentive. Not once did we have to wonder where our server was. Overall, the food was great and the service was great! Will be coming back again.
UPDATE: Came here again with my Mom, today, Saturday 8/30/25. We came right when the place opened at 11am. Once again, the overall service was great. This time our server was Michaela (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong). She was awesome! I highly recommend the Texas Roadhouse in Countryside, IL!

I will always love Texas Roadhouse but when were the buns changed to cement rolls? Wow . Heavy heavy buns my only complaint.
Our server Dawn provided top notch service. She treated us like family. Food and drinks came out quick and just to our liking. Just when I thought my experience couldn’t be more perfect, we got extra rolls to take home!

Shout out to Dawn tonight who ran out the parking lot to give my girlfriend her purse back. She made our date night very special. Food was great, left with rolls, and a full belly. I’ll always drive down here for steak, always!

I had such a great experience at Texas Roadhouse thanks to our server, Hailey! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. She checked on us often without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always full, and was quick with refills and anything else we needed. What stood out most was how thoughtful she was—she noticed small details, made great menu recommendations, and made us feel welcome the entire time.
It’s rare to find a server who combines friendliness with such great attention to detail, but Hailey did both effortlessly. She truly made our meal more enjoyable, and I left feeling very well taken care of. Thank you, Hailey, for the wonderful service—we’ll definitely be back!
