Yeah okay sums it up, it tastes like a chain restaurant as other people have said it could be fresher. Fresh made white sauce would have been nice. Lettuce and tomato tasted old, tomatoes were soft and mushy. The chicken was tender and actually had decent flavor but the lack of fresh ingredients really dragged it down.
I love the gyro plate. It's a good portion and pretty healthy option. I always order through drive thru so I can't really comment on atmosphere but I do love the people I interact with there. They every have me a free meal at Christmas!
The one near me went out of business and I've been craving it ever since so when I saw it I had to drive thru. Chicken platter with the works and falafel is my go to and ingredients always taste really fresh. Garlic sauce is killer and the hot sauce is so hot but so good! It's a bit expensive but worth the price!
