I frequently go to this Wendy's at lunch when I am too busy to pack from home. This location is fast and accurate during the lunch rush every day of the week. To the employees and management, keep up the great work!
I've gotten used to the idea that every time I go to a Wendy's anywhere, I have a coin flip chance of an accurate order. The Countryside location does a great job almost every time. (Maybe once I got the wrong count of nuggets?) Other locations should try to learn from whatever this store is doing.

The employees on the night shift are wonderful and the managers are so nice and welcoming this is the best Wendy's not bc of the food but their employees are the best! There needs to be management & employees like them at all fast food restaurants.

Staff was running ragged, so they were not very friendly. Needed some cleaning... I'm guessing short staffed.
I ordered the number 8. Asiago chicken. I say no lettuce and tomatoe. I come home I have a plain chicken sandwich no cheese no bacon. For $12 I could have made a better chicken sandwich I also got no receipt with my order. This is very pathetic. Everyone wants a raise yet can't get a simple order right. What a waste of money.
