Every time I go to this location they always mess up on my food always. How hard is it to just add cheese and delete everything else from the sandwich! The worst Wendy's I ever been too. You have one job and that is to add just cheese, I got home I had lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Threw it in the trash! Wasted money!

I’ve been going here for years, but it has changed for the worst. Firstly, I don’t blame the hardworking staff for my bad experience but i went in with $10 cash in my pocket and wanted to order at the counter. I waited 2–3 minutes, only to be told I had to use the kiosk because the register wasn’t available. Seriously, how difficult is it to keep one register with a cash float so any staff member can handle a simple transaction? I used to work in service — I know how easy it is. The assumption that everyone will just comply and use tap-to-pay or a card is ridiculous.

The last time I came, I was greeted at the drive-thru by a robotic AI cheesy annoying voice instead of a real person. No smile, no welcome, no human touch. Everything about this setup feels cheap, cold, and unwelcoming.

In the end, I had no option but to walk out empty-handed. It’s disappointing to see a place I’ve supported for years change for the worst.

I frequently go to this Wendy's at lunch when I am too busy to pack from home. This location is fast and accurate during the lunch rush every day of the week. To the employees and management, keep up the great work!

I've gotten used to the idea that every time I go to a Wendy's anywhere, I have a coin flip chance of an accurate order. The Countryside location does a great job almost every time. (Maybe once I got the wrong count of nuggets?) Other locations should try to learn from whatever this store is doing.

The employees on the night shift are wonderful and the managers are so nice and welcoming this is the best Wendy's not bc of the food but their employees are the best! There needs to be management & employees like them at all fast food restaurants.
