Went today 9/11 ordered $21 dollars worth of food asked if the put the ketchup packets in the bad for my has browns lady in drive thru said yes. I get home and my 2 orders of hash brown not even in the bag?!! Irritated and upset no lines no one inside and yall still forget 2 orders of hasbrowns?!? Enough workers to make sure everything is correct and in bag. Totally disappointed ☹️! Oh and I get to go back and get (was y even clear) lady in phone said just say your name? So let’s see what I get when I go back and say my name 🤔

Asked for white castle with everything. Got a sack full of burgers that had way to much ketchup/ mustard on them. Really ruined my experience.

I ordered a Double Jalapeño( buy 1 get 1 free I had a couple) The worst food I ever had from there, bun was hard, meat was salty for some reason , and for some reason they put sandwiches in microwave. I was there at 830pm tonight, it was a manager and 2 Employees

Im from out of town, but stopped in yesterday. I was a party of 4. I ordered our food. When we were leaving, I made a to go order. It was a total of 40 sliders. The manager jokingly said I should've ordered when I sat down to eat. I wasnt thinking that they were busy with drive thru. She showed me the monitor and I felt so bad. They were extremely busy. I couldnt see the drive thru from where i parked. I sat out side waiting. The manager brought my food out. My burgers didn't take long to make either. I just wanna say the manager was extremely professional, friendly and I'll go there again the next time I'm out that way. The manager deserves recognition 👏 🙌

Stepped in there to order food. Cashier says hi can I help you, I asked for a number one. Cashier was about to ring up my order but then the manager stopped the cashier from taking my order. She told him to help her instead of cashiering. Told him he was about to scream.
No one covered the cashier.
Get a grip! If you need more help, then hire more help. Especially around the lunch hour. Never will I step in again!
