been going there since 1990 and always got good meat, just recently went and got beef bundle in october 2025. the ribeyes and serloins were great but went to thaw out the 80% ground beef from that bundle, super brown and the smell was bad, so i ended up opening 3 more lbs and same thing. then i took them back to the butcher and he told me it smelled ok and brown hamburger was normal for 80% we had 15 lbs, they had 4 employees smell it and of course they all agreed it was ok told...read full review
Everything I have tried was delicious I recommend if nobody’s been there go there get some Brotz they’re great there
Have taken them to Virginia for a motorcycle race and now to NY state for the 4th of July!! Everyone has enjoyed them and they travel well!! Thanks for carrying on the tradition of a great butcher shop!!
