I had a disappointing experience with my recent order at this Applebee’s. I waited over 40 minutes for a takeout order, and several items were still incorrect. Two spinach dips were missing, and the chicken wonton tacos came with cups of buffalo sauce instead of the usual plum sauce. I had also requested the coleslaw on the side to keep the tacos from getting soggy, but that wasn’t done. These mistakes added up and left some of my family members disappointed.
The bartender was friendly, professional, and courteous, so the service wasn’t the issue. The problem was the food accuracy and preparation. An informational card was included with a number to contact management, which I appreciated, but since this location is far from me, following up or returning wasn’t practical.
Overall, the staff was pleasant, but the long wait time and incorrect order made the experience frustrating.

Nice chill atmosphere, food was alright, it is an Applebee's after all. But service was lacking, I feel bad for the poor girl she was clearly overwhelmed and the other servers were not helping her at all, we waited a long time before even getting plates and getting to order and after we ordered we had to wait a long time for the food.

Even though there were hardly any patrons our fries were cold. Happy hour 3 dollar drafts our waitess said it was out of order so I ordered a modelo and it was another 7 I thought it was 4.

I enjoy the food I haven’t had any bad moments at Russ restaurant it’s always fresh and delicious. The service is great and fast service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

They told us the wait would be 10-15 minutes but we waited 30 minutes which wasn't bad for a Saturday. However when the seated us, it took our server 10 minutes to come greet us which was not too bad. He asked us did we want a drink, so we placed our drink order and he asked if we wanted anything else. I said we want to order an appetizer and he said it's a wait on ordering because the kitchen is behind. I said why did you ask if we wanted something else, he said I meant drink wise. Long story short, people had been seated and waiting longer than 45 minutes and still hadn't ordered. We got up and left. People if you someone in the Crestwood area looking for work, tell them to apply at Applebee's because this is the second time this happened.

I hadn’t been to an Applebee’s in about 7 years, but I went to lunch with my dad today and had such a great experience. Our server, Bri B, was an amazing multitasker and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. I live in Chicago, but if I go back to an Applebee’s again, it will definitely be this location fingers crossed that Bri is here! Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in as a group of four for dinner. We waited around 20 minutes before any server came to our table. After placing our drink order, we waited another 30 minutes with nothing. I finally had to go find someone, and she said she’d let our server know. About 5 minutes later the server brought only two waters, left again, then came back a few minutes later with the remaining water and Mountain Dew.
Our food took another 20 minutes. Three burgers and the 3-cheese chicken penne. The burgers were lukewarm, and one was very undercooked. One friend ordered mashed potatoes but got fries instead. When she asked about it, the server brought a plate of potatoes and then actually asked for the fries back.
My chicken penne was the biggest issue, the pasta was extremely watery, almost like soup. It was covered in a large amount of tomato topping that clearly wasn’t drained, which made the dish taste like tomato juice. The pasta was lukewarm, and after a few bites I realized the chicken pieces were cold in the center. The only thing served hot was the breadstick.
The server never returned to check on us.
When she brought the checks, I told her my food was cold. She said she would tell a manager. I asked to speak with the manager directly. Instead of acknowledging me, she grabbed two of the checks, actually snatched one from my friend’s hand, and walked away. I followed her to pay, but no manager ever came over, no apology, nothing.
In the end I was charged $24 and change for rude service and cold food that I mostly did not eat.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Make sure you check your order before pulling off if you are ordering curbside. My mashed potatoes were missing and my steak was well done, it was supposed to be medium. Called and spoke to the manager Martinique twice who was supposed to refund me my order. No refund yet, I shouldn't have to stalk them for a refund on a horrible meal that I couldn't even eat. I used to love Applebee's but I will not be patronizing this location.

My dad and I came for Veteran's Day meal ,which both of us are Veterans. We Were seated and a waitress Tedqushay(that’s the name on my receipt) who was rushing us came took our order I told her we were Vets and she asked us for our cards my dad had his card and I told her that I didn’t have mine at the moment but I could show here photos of myself while in the service and she said no I said ok , my dad placed his order.she came back maybe 10 minutes later and asked what did I want, I said just what my dad ordered, I totally understand following instructions I also believe that she could have just sent the manager to the table to clear things up since I did have pics , I wasn’t trying to get a free meal or hustle anyone out of anything, I just wanted to enjoy the day with my dad over a meal there sometimes we can take our job to seriously and block blessings.

My organization had our Flapjack Breakfast 🥞 11/8. I was a bit frustrated because they were short staff so we were behind, so they was only 1 person that had to cook and open up. Let me tell you I have to shout out Angelo for doing an ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL JOB!!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Went there sunday for lunch waitress kept telling us she be back never came back after 25 minutes of sitting we left went to another restaurant will not be back poor customer service
