I recently visited Barracos and had a truly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I ordered an Italian beef with jardinieres, cream of chicken soup, and coleslaw, and unfortunately, every item fell short of acceptable standards.
The Italian beef came with stale jardinieres, which completely ruined the dish. The cream of chicken soup was served cold and lumpy, making it inedible. To top it all off, the coleslaw had visible mold, which is absolutely unacceptable.
When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, the response was shocking. The woman at the register simply stared at me, and when I inquired about her lack of response, she said, “I am sorry you did not like our coleslaw.” I was taken aback and asked if they would consider a refund for the inedible food. Her reply? “All sales are final.” When I asked for the manager, she informed me that she was, in fact, the manager.
I left feeling utterly disrespected and disgusted. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor food quality and even worse customer service. I cannot recommend Barracos based on this experience, and I hope they take steps to improve both their food and their approach to customer concerns.

They catered my jobs luncheon and not only did the food look unappetizing it tasted AWFUL. From the burnt chicken to the flavorless pasta!! Barely anyone ate and 75%went to the trash. I did hear the pizza was good, unfortunately we didn't order any.
Ordered a 16 inch with three options of veggies on half. I was disappointed when I noticed I was missing one of my topping and the second topping only had about 10 pieces of it scattered. The pizza tasted good but it would’ve been a lot better if it was delivered correctly made.

As always Barraccos had great food. The menu is huge. As are portions. They have authentic Italian-American food done well....tastes great. The Atmosphere is as u would guess. Service is a comfortable version of fine dining. With bread and oil service...to proper bottle presentation. With-out the constant hovering and the sommelier turning up their nose at your wine selections n matter WHAT your personal preferences are. No "If the lady will allow? I m happy to suggest (the most expensive bottle in the house) a proper wine for the meal." The wine menu is very inclusive and large Dessert menu is the same. Full bar. N when I say huge? That s what I mean. From the well Vodka being 3Olives? To the Pappy Van 30. Wait? What? Pappy Van? Yes. They have that and much much more. It s hard to find in the suburbs. But they have it. And of course liquor 43. Oh yes. Annnnnddddd good pour. Free poured. No pre-mixes. No counter pourer. I loved sitting g at the bar with the young black man with the spiked green hair. He was THE BEST!!!!! Oh....did he have jokes!!!! Kept us laughing and sipping. Had a sixth sense about when your glass was getting low. He came from all the way at the other end of the bar to refill our wine glasses. Not once? But twice. When deep in our conversation? I didnt even notice he had taken our plates and cleared the spot in front of us. That? Is good serviceI oh! And the Broasted Chicken? Amazing! And big portions! It was HALF A CHICKEN!!!! And while other places are pulling back on portions... erasing extas? Barraccos has not. Most Dinner Items? Still come with soup or salad AND a choice of potato/starch AND Veggie. I couldnt beleive the amount of food we got. ur craving Italian? Get ursef to Barraccos!You won't regret it.
Vegetarian options: Being that pizza is pretty much a build your own? It s easy to make it build your own. From completely vegetarian to carnivores dream. For sauces u can have a marinara or an oilio. If u eat fish there is white and red clay sauce. Ovo lacto? Try something Alfredo. There are many more. These are just a few. I recommend going trying them all.

We all got dinners, meat ravioli, cheese ravioli, manicotti, and lake perch. All were superb ! The only complaint was no bread served with the meals.
