I had worst 3 combo sandwich delivered to me to and paid $47.00 dollars with the delivered fees. It usually comes in a black round dish but ours came in a hot dog container with no chee4on them and very little beef very sad looking sandwich for the price I Paid.I called and spoke to the Manager nick No apologies instead he looked up what i ordered in the past he should looked at the order that I received horrible Service. and tell me I didn't order the same way as before which is untrue needless to say you lost me as a customer and I will tell others of the horrible way my food was throw together

i'm 21 years old and i went just to order a pizza at 10:30 pm, not even drink, but they said after 10pm it's a bar so i can't order food even tho there kitchen is open until 1am. i know because i get food there almost every week. they demanded to see my id to get food and i showed them it. now the dispute is that the id i showed them is vertical and not horizontal even the the birthday on there shows over 21. i tried to explain a new id would not change my birthday but they yelled in my face and escorted me by the arm out.

They have been slipping now sliding for some time.We used to order “to go” quite frequently. We ordered again this past weekend and were disappointed again. The spaghetti with meat sauce could only be described as dry. The salad was completely wilted and brown with one strip of a green pepper and ONE yes ONE grape tomato. The bread was two days past fresh. The fact that this could actually go out that way speaks volumes about how this place is managed

I recently visited to celebrate a friend's birthday. The karaoke was fun and sounded good. The food was deelish and the drinks were tasty!!! I didn't get a photo of the spinach and artichoke dip but please order it. You deserve it!!!

My girlfriend and I went to the Barracos in Crestwood today 3/21/24. As we were walking in girlfriend was immediately told very rudely that you are not allowed to bring in that Starbucks coffee and to go put it outside. Jen the manager couldn't have been any more ignorant. We explain to our waitress why my girlfriend didn't want to eat was because she was upset about the way she was treated about a coffee. We were put in a corner nobody could see us and on top of that there was nobody in the restaurant. The waitress stated that she was working there for that same reason we are complaining about. Jen has issues how to handle customer service and just respect for the customer in general. Food was decent I had the buffet they could spruce up the condiments for the salad but otherwise okay.

Unimpressed. Was looking forward to delicious food based on the reviews, but that didn't happen. Grilled chicken salad had cold, rubbery chicken lacking flavor. I expected a freshly grilled chicken breast for a $16 salad. My companion said the Italian sausage sandwich was good. Not sure why they added balsamic vinegar to the olive oil and parmesan on a plate to accompany a bread appetizer. The restaurant's decor was very nice and our waitress was efficient and friendly.

I loved this place and always loved the vide. This past weekend me and my friend went so we can have a good time. Idk if it is new management but I am very disappointed. I started to play some black artists on the juke box. The first thing I noticed was when I played the music they turned it down. No biggie keep playing music and vibing. When I was look up artists to play most black artists was blocked. Very limited black artists to pick from. I let all my songs play. A non black artists came on and the music was turned back up. So At the end of my stay I played one last song which was turned off so a non black artists can play. I’m very disappointed and don’t appreciate this at all because I always had a good time here
Never given plates, silverware had to asked for napkins the booth we sat at was not clean nor sanitized clearly server was not attentive at all when given card to pay in her hand she returned it she set in on the counter instead of back in the hand that paid her which is ignorant as hell.
